The main water shut off valve for my house was corroded and in need of repair. I contacted a few companies, and Pipeline, Plumbing Oahu was one of the first to answer. They were able to send a technician to my home within a few hours to evaluate the situation. The plumber, James, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was patient as I explained the issue and ensured I had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. The finished product was worked well, was tested with me present, and all rubbish was removed when the work was completed (the mark of a true professional for me). The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

We are a relatively small condo (40 units) and have had Pipeline Pllumbing perform numerous projects for us, including a vertical stack cleaning of the pipes as well unit to unit inspections for high risk components. Stuart and his crew are highly professional and thorough in their work. Many residents commented on how knowledgeable they were. We were given an amazing price per unit for this service and compared to a company we used previously, it was less than half of what they charged. I am extremely pleased with the work PP has done for us. Stuart is easy to communicate with and always responds to our needs.

Pipeline Plumbing installed 5 valves in my condo today. I was not present, but my husband who contacted Pipeline and was there during the installation was very pleased with the scheduling and installation process. Stuart was responsive to my husband's several questions, and even when he couldn't immediately answer a call, he would call back in a timely manner. Installation was quick and he and his assistant plumber were happy to share their knowledge about common problems and solutions in buildings similar to mine. He also took the time to discuss different options for a future upgrade to our shower. Stuart alone answers his own calls and responds to emails between jobs. He's a very busy contractor and business owner, but he seems to understand and value the customer's experience. We highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing, and we plan to hire them again for the next job.

We had an unexpected water leak/flood in our laundry room, while washing a load of clothing. We could see evidence of water damage in that room and two adjacent rooms on either side. We contacted our insurance company, and a water damage service was sent out emergently. They identified a hole in the drain hose coming out of our washing machine. Our insurance company requested that we have a plumber come out to perform a ""Diagnostic"", to ensure the exact cause of the leak. We contacted Pipeline, informing them of our situation. They understood that the cause was not likely to be our plumbing and sent out a technician (at no charge) to perform the diagnostic. As expected, they confirmed the leak in the drainage hose, indicating that this was not in their scope of work. Despite that fact, they volunteered to generate the ""Diagnostic"" report for me, so that I could submit it to my insurance company, all free of charge. I was floored; I almost wished I could find a plumbing problem, just to give them some of my business. I called them based upon their sterling reviews, and was not disappointed. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future plumbing issues. This company exemplifies the Aloha spirit.

Is there a 10 star rating? What an amazing experience. My shower faucet has been broken for the last month (lucky we have another shower to use). I was getting quotes from other plumbing companies and it did seem rather expensive. Tanner from Pipeline Plumbing messaged me back on the same day I requested an estimate on Yelp. We had a few back and forth messages and he offered to come out the next day (today) to see what the issue was and to give an estimate. Tanner (amazing guy) came to my house as scheduled today. He wore a mask and was very professional. He took a look at the problem and he said he would be able ti fix it. I asked him what he would charge and he quoted me the best price out of all the quotes I got on Yelp (I had 4 other companies send me estimates as well). I said DEAL!! I had an extra part that I asked if Tanner would be able to use. He said he wasn't sure because the broken part was covered up by some of the metal parts of the faucet. He said best case scenario- can, worst case- he would need to go back to the shop (all the way in Pearl City -from Wailupe) to get the correct part. I apologized and he said not to worry. He made me feel at ease. Tanner proceeded to remove the parts and as my luck would have it- the part I had was not the correct one. Tanner left to get the correct part. Tanner came back to my house in record time- the reason is he went to City Mill to get the part. Smart buggah too!! He was so stoked they had the part. I asked him if I could watch him to learn a little about plumbing. He was very ok with it- In fact, he began to teach me as he was going- pointing out some very key information - things that I would not even think of- His knowledge of plumbing was on display for sure! Tanner did his thing and was able to get the job done quickly. There were a couple of times he needed to use some muscle to get the broken parts off. Braddah was sweating- mahalo for that Tanner!!! In a blink of an eye the job was done!! All in all a great experience. Thank you Pipeline Plumbing! Definitely recommend them for any project large or small!! Aloha!!!
