Earlier this summer, Richard came out to look at my AC because it had stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem (no coolant) and got it up and running. My house was built in 1965 and I think it has the original heating and A/C unit. So it's old. Richard could have tried to sell me on a new system, but he didn't. He also gave me some good advice on how to improve cooling upstairs. When it comes time to replace the system, I'll definitely contact Pipeline Plumbing Heating & Air. I was very happy with their service.

My AC stopped blowing cold air last night. I called Pipeline first thing in the morning and they said they could get someone out today. The outside condenser was just humming. From my quick research I thought it was going to be a compressor and or fan motor replacement. Richard came out and took the outside condenser panel off and started using his multimeter to find where the fault was. He Found a minor part needed to be replaced. He had the part on his truck and popped it in. Turned on the AC and everything is back up and running!
I can actually hang out and sleep in my house tonight ( I have a 16 month old that need to sleep in reasonable temps).
Fast response, fair pricing and pleasure to work with.

Super honest and prompt family-owned business. They are reliable and extremely experienced. Every time I've had work done they were in and out and super efficient and thorough with explaining what my options were and walking me through what was causing the issue.

UPDATE: Since I posted my review, I received a harrassing message from the office manager, ""Sarah,"" who told me I have the wrong place and accused me of writing ""fake reviews."" I ASSURE YOU, SARAH, I DO NOT HAVE THE WRONG PIPELINE PLUMBING HEATING & AIR. BOTH JACOB AND RICHARD WERE THE PEOPLE WHO CAME TO MY HOME ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO WORK ON MY TANKLESS WATER HEATER, TOILET, AND SINK, AND THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL PLUMBERS!!! I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED! THIS IS MY HONEST EXPERIENCE, AND I WANT TO WARN OTHER CUSTOMERS WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN THEY HIRE THIS BUSINESS. I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME. TERRIBLE PLUMBERS! THEY OVERCHARGE, DON'T FIX THE PROBLEM, CHARGE AGAIN, AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT! I made the mistake of giving this place another try due to them being close to my house. I saw some of the positive reviews and wondered if they had changed their shady business practices. Now I suspect that those positive reviews are friends and family, because I ONCE AGAIN RECEIVED ATROCIOUS SERVICES BY PIPELINE HEATING & AIR! They were very dishonest and overcharged me again for services not properly rendered. It was only when I got another plumber to come in and undo the damage that I realized how much I'd been duped by Pipeline Heating & Air. Furthermore, I saw how they talked to my wife. They treated her with contempt and talked down to her. I did not appreciate their behavior, nor did I appreciate their overcharging, not fixing the problem, charging again to ""fix"" the mistake they made, and then lying about it. I would never do business with this place again. Twice bitten.
As I stated above, shortly after I posted my review, I received a harrassing message from the office manager, ""Sarah,"" who told me I have the wrong place and accused me of posting ""fake reviews."" Apparently, Sarah and Pipeline Plumbing are afraid of people knowing the truth. I ASSURE YOU, SARAH, I DO NOT HAVE THE WRONG PIPELINE HEATING & AIR. BOTH JACOB AND RICHARD WERE THE PEOPLE WHO CAME TO MY HOME ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, AND THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL PLUMBERS!!! THIS IS MY HONEST AND TRUE EXPERIENCE, AND I WANT TO WARN OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME.
Here is my previous review:
I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to work on a leaking toilet. When they arrived, they said they knew what the problem was and that it would cost $500, which seemed pricey. But, I needed the toilet fixed. I hired them to do the work. Halfway through the job, they said that there was a leaky valve. I didn't even know toilets had ""valves,"" but I trusted that they would get the work done. I paid them another $100. Two days later, the toilet began leaking again, this time worse than before! I called to complain, and the owner showed up. He said there were some corroded components and that I needed to pay him another $200 to get the problem fixed. I explained that I'd already paid $600 to fix a leaking toilet and it didn't get fixed the first time, and he told me if I didn't pay another $200, I was out of luck. I told him I didn't want him to work on the toilet anymore and that I was highly disappointed in his way of doing business. I have since learned that Pipeline Plumbing is known in the industry for being unethical. They overcharged me, didn't complete the work, and in fact made it worse. I'm out $600 for nothing. Hire this company at your own risk.

I live with a few roommates and recently had an issue with a leaking shower head. I shopped around and finally got a reasonable quote. Sarah educated me about the work and was prompt to get Richard to the house the next day. He was knowledgeable, fixed the issue and even took a quick look at our refrigerator. I would definitely recommend. Five stars.

Highly recommend this company for plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. Every time I call them out, they always seem very knowledgeable about any issue I have. I've been using Pipeline for years and will continue to trust them to take care of my home.

Once again, Richard and the team at Pipeline Plumbing have exceeded my expectations! My A/C wasn't working right last weekend and I called Richard since he had serviced my unit before and I completely trusted him. He not only fit me in today during my lunch hour, but he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem! Thanks again Richard and Pipeline Plumbing for being a reliable and trusted source for me to call!

I'm always so worried when a plumbing issue arises. Pipeline Plumbing takes that worry away. Richard and Jacob take care of the plumbing problem so efficiently and try to be the most cost effective as possible. More importantly, the care about me as their customer. The same for a Kathy and the office staff. I have recommended Richard and Jacob to many friends and family and I will continue to recommend them.

The plumbing work by Jacob through Pipeline has always been top quality, which makes our recent HVAC experience even more disappointing.
After spending over $5000 for plumbing repairs this year with Pipeline, we started having problems with our blower motor and needed to replace it. When calling to schedule an appointment, there was no mention of a $96 diagnostic fee. Further, there was no mention that the $96 diagnostic fee would NOT be applied to the total cost of the repair job.
Honesty is important in the repair business, and being upfront about fees seems like the easiest way to avoid misunderstandings. It struck us as odd that it would not be applied to the cost of the job, but it was the lack of upfront honesty that bothered us.
We did not proceed with the HVAC repair. Three other nearby companies provided repair estimates that were over $100 less for the same blower motor replacement. The other companies also mentioned upfront their diagnostic fee policy and whether it would be applied to the repair job.
Richard is the owner and HVAC technician they send out for estimates. Remarkably, he was very rude to my wife when she asked any questions about the details of the estimated repairs. This was in total contrast to their plumbing technician Jacob, and was surprising to say the least.
Thanks to Yelp we were able to find another HVAC business owner that was more polite and honest about repair costs.
