We've had a bunch of plumbers out to figure out why our shower temp wouldn't stay hot. We've spent too much money and no improvement. Then, we called Pipeline! Richard came out, was thorough and deliberate in diagnosing the problem and making the simple repair. Voila! It's been a week and our shower temp stays hot.

Don't waste your time with those others, just call Pipeline.

Richard is AMAZING! This is the second time we've used Pipeline and I could not be happier. Not only did Richard arrive on time but he was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He is happy to explain everything and let you know what is available without doing anything high pressure.
About two years ago the water heater went out and Richard went above and beyond to get it fixed timely and for a reasonable cost. Today was just a service call that was completed quickly and efficiently.
When we need any other plumbing, heating or air services we will for sure be calling Pipeline.
And of course I recommend them to all my friends.

Had a problem with my water heater and called them and they said they would come out that day! Luckily they called me back an hour later and had Jacob come out to look at it. He was very nice, honest and gave me a price for the work and some helpful tips. I plan on replacing my water heater Ina few months and I will be calling them to install. Very reasonable prices and great service.

So glad I asked my neighbor for a referral for a plumbing and heating/cooling repair person. I had an issue with a leaky shower faucet and was referred to Pipeline about a year ago. On Sunday night we noticed the A/C unit was stressing out so we turned the unit off. Called Pipeline and left a message...was called before 8:00 am the next morning with a promise to be out Monday afternoon...which they were. Richard came by to diagnose the issue in between jobs with the promise to come back Tuesday to repair the unit...which he did and for the exact estimate I was given the day before.

I am so very grateful for the manner in which my issue was handled and the easy of dealing with the front office.

Had a water heater that recently stopped working. No hot water. So I checked out Yelp for a plumbing company that could repair or replace my water heater. Spoke with Richard at Pipeline. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I then made an appointment right away. As promised, his office called me 30 minutes before Richard would be out to my condo to evaluate and diagnose the problem, and perhaps fix it if he didn't need to order any parts. Richard showed up. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, just as he was on the phone.

Richard quickly told me what the problem was and that he could fix it. He also told me what the price would be. Very fair! (I was frankly surprised that it was not much higher!) Then he told me about the warranty, what to look out for, and the details of what he had just fixed. He couldn't have been at my condo for more than 25 minutes total. Amazingly fast.

I strongly recommend hiring this excellent plumbing company. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I will definitely call Pipeline. Thank you, Richard. And Happy New Year.

I don't usually write reviews, but with all the poor workers out there, PIPELINE Plumbing heating & Air has been a lifesaver more than once.

I moved into a condominium, it had been inspected but the air conditioning and the heater were not functioning properly. Infact, the heater had flame roll out which is extremely dangerous.

Richard came in and replaced both the heater and air conditioner. I have had absolutely no problem with either unit and it has been 8 years

I have called them for emergency plumbing, had them replace faucets THEY DO IT ALL, run a water line for my refrigerator, their work is ALWAY of the highest quality, the bill is always reasonable and what they quoted, even on emergency calls.

You can trust Richard and Jacob without question. They are the ultimate professionals. Kathy in the office, it's always as helpful as anyone could possibly be. She is sooooooo patient and understanding.

I will ALWAYS use PIPELINE PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR. They give you the personal attention you and you problem deserve and they are not a drain on your wallet either.

We had great service. I called about my air conditioner in the afternoon and they were out the next morning. They called 45 minutes before arriving, and were prompt within the 2 hour window provided. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and came back to do the repair that afternoon. He was courteous and did not try to upcharge me like some other large companies. We needed our A/C serviced and my sister recently had the same problem and paid $300 thru a different contractor. Called Pipeline late on a Friday night and they came out 1st thing Monday morning and the charge was almost half what my sister paid.

While I'm always pleased with Richard's price, knowledge and service, what puts him above all other contractors is his honesty and integrity. Its nice not to have to worry about getting an honest diagnosis or overcharged. I wish there were more contractors of Richard's character who I could trust and recommend so highly.

I am in the process of purchasing a new home and our general inspector recommended a plumbing inspection. I received great customer service over the phone from pipeline. They quote $97 for the inspection and scheduled it for the following business day with the knowledge that I needed to make arrangements to be available at that time.

On the day of the appointment they sent a friendly gentlemen (not Richard) that claimed 25 years of experience but could not perform the inspection or provide a quote for work.

I've found that very few plumbers have respect for the clients time, but this truly takes the cake.
