This company is AWESOME! I would give more stars if it were possible. My old tank water heater blew and they were out the next morning and installed a new tankless system FOR HALF the price I was quoted from the company Home Depot sent out. They were also MUCH less than the other quotes I received. They were precisely on time and finished the job in 4 hours. The installation was very professional and clean as you can see in the photo. I now have a plumber for life that I know I can trust and won't think twice about calling again for any plumbing needs. What a great feeling!

I looked to Yelp to find a good plumber for my mom. Her kitchen sink was clogged and All Pro Plumbing came out and snaked the drain but did not fix the problem. Instead they told her she needed to hydro jet the pipe. The total for all this was over $800. We declined. I called Pipeline Plumbing after reading all the great reviews here on Yelp. I spoke with Jon and he said they will come out between 1-3. Jon and Jason were there within 1/2 hour of me calling. They resolved the problem without a hitch! My mom said both Jon and Jason were great! She really enjoyed talking with them! I had asked Jon to call me when they were through and he did! It is so refreshing to have a honest, professional, and thorough company that you can rely on! They have definitely earned our business and will be the company we call if the need arises in the future!

- Very detailed-oriented when making sure the toilets were aligned and caulked evenly
- Made sure we got a good look before leaving. Explained how the previous gaskets were not installed properly and corrected it on new gaskets

Eric and John deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Eric reached out to me on Sunday after I had made my request Saturday night and was so kind and even mentioned if I was looking at competing offers to look out for being overcharged. The service was so personal and helpful I decided to go with them. Eric promised me that despite being booked solid they would absolutely come help with my toilet issue. John came in and fixed our master commode straight away and even gave it 3 tries to make sure everything was fixed. He was fast, friendly and professional! He answered all my questions happily and was very neat and tidy to boot! If you have any plumbing issues- this business is HERE FOR YOU!
