Wow, what an excellent experience I just had. I called this morning and got Eric, he said they would be here in the afternoon and will call or text to let me know their estimated time of arrival as it gets closer. He also questioned what my kitchen sink was doing, well more like what it wasn't doing. I did receive a text and also a photo of the person who would be arriving, that was nice. I got a phone call from Jason who said he would be here in about 30 mins and he was. Not only was he professional, he was personable and very funny. That was an extra! He really seemed to enjoy his job and put me at ease as to what he was going to do etc. If he was here 45 mins and problem solved, and you cant even tell he was here! Cleaned up everything all the mess. I have had 2 other plumbers here but they never quite solved the problem, but Jason did, He's THE MAN. I HIGHLY recommend this firm. We are talking QUALITY HERE. I will definately call them should I ever have another plumbing issue. The price, WOW again, so very fair. Im a happy customer for sure.

Called in around 9 am to make an appointment for a leak in my tankless water heater pipe. I was told that they could get me in sometime same day and around 10.. am I received a text that they are on their way. Jason was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak very quickly. Found PP&DS from Next Door Neighbor referral to replace 2 faucets ,shower trim , broken washer shut-off valve & shower handle that it's hard to rotate. They came like a boy band, Jason , Jay & Jon and make me feel like we've known each other for a long time.
