Everything is fine gave us plenty of advice but the man who came out to snake our drain explained things to my mom who then said let me check with my husband he then stepped in to say to have him explain since he knew what he was talking about. overall it was fine but my mom was off put by that comment.

We called on a Monday and Jon responded quickly and was there the next day. He gave us a quote, did what was needed and our water heater is great again! I was so worried we would need a new heater after some complications, but they managed to give my heater a few more years hopefully! I can't thank them enough! Would highly recommend!

Backing your word is a rarity nowadays. Trenton and Jay did just that and backed each other's word! Who does that? This team is A+, top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone. Trenton came over to dig up the leak in the front yard to give me a quote. During his visit, he educated me on how things worked, the difference in materials, and showed me how to read the water meter (that had to me washed off it had so much dirt caked on) and he is so personable! Jay had to come finish the job and do more work and he was just as pleasant and customer service oriented. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you Jay and Trenton for the fine work and service you performed.

I've used PPDS for several services and each time was handled with the utmost professionalism. I was quickly given an appointment time range, notified when the technician was on the way, and promptly delivered an invoice and receipt for my records. When I had a pipe leak in the attic, they provided good advice on how to best make a claim with my homeowner's insurance and was able to connect me with restoration specialists immediately to mitigate the damage before it got any worse.
