The situation.
This is my mother's home - a three-level house. She's almost 97 and uses both a wheelchair and a walker to get around. Limited mobility. Using the upstairs toilet or the downstairs toilet in the middle of the night is NOT a good option for her.

The solution.
11:30 am - we find out that the toilet next to her bedroom has a slow leak - appears to be from the base, might be the wax ring. Called Pipeline plumbing, explained the situation. They said they could have someone out between 2pm and 5pm, which worked out because we'd be back from a medical appointment by then.
1:40 pm - got back home.
1:45 pm - Ed from Pipeline shows up, evaluates the problem, determines that it is indeed the good old wax ring.
2:00 pm - Ed has replaced the wax ring. In fact, after looking at the old one, he determined that it was a good idea to put TWO rings in place, since it didn't look like the old ring had seated very well to begin with.
2:07 pm - everything is working and Ed is out the door, on to another job. Total time - 22 minutes.

Folks, it just doesn't get much better than this. I give this outfit my highest recommendation, and will definitely use them again as needed!

We've used Sean for several projects over the years including supply line and regulator repair, new toilets, faucets, garbage disposal, etc. We are luck to have such an honest, reasonable, knowledgable, friendly, and independent business to take care of all our plumbing problems. I had a bad leak and he came right away and fixed it hopefully you don't need a plumber if you do he's as good as it gets
