Pipeline went above and beyond to restore our water service. Even though it was a Friday evening before a holiday weekend, three workers came to assess the situation at our property within a couple hours of our initial call. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. The guys on site kept us informed and we were also in constant contact with the front office. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It was clear that they actually cared about us and getting water service restored to our property. Jimmy and Buddy were very hard working and even stayed a few extra hours on the first day to solve a problem. Our property (inside and outside) was cleaned up well at the conclusion of the job. We received nothing but the best service. We highly recommend Pipeline!

I had an emergency at one of my properties. I called Pipeline in a panic. Not only did they expeditiously fix my drainage problem at half the cost another contractor quoted me, they worked with me on how I had to pay them through my trust. I could not have asked for better service living in NY, unfamiliar with contractors in that area. I might add that the staff - regardless of who answered the phone - were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated that.

My main sewer main collapsed on a Friday night at my home. As a pipe fitter I went and got a mini excavator and began digging my yard up. Before long I hit my electric coming into the house and on top of that the trench was so deep the walls were collapsing because I had no wall shoring. The township wasn't happy and I was in over my head trying to find this sewer main 12 feet deep in my yard. Butch showed up on a Sunday night after I threw the towel in and gave me a price the next day at 7 am he came and less the four hours later all my issues were solved for an incredibly cheap price. Definitely recommend pipeline for any and all plumbing issues. If I could give more stars I would.

IF you do not hear back from them in 3 days I think it is a bad business.
Three calls in 1 week. Never called back. When I reminded them I am waiting for a call back all I hear is ""Let me page Buch"".
So run away from companies like these who do a disservice by inaction to the customers who are really in need of their service.
