I don't usually like posting bad reviews as you can see I rarely do. I hired them and we were conversing through text. Texting with the company and texting with the technician. Two different phone numbers. We had some plumbing issues and one issue was with a sink that they said the only way to fix it is to completely replace the sink for a slow drain. We also had issues with some back up. I hired another company and they were able to fix it through snaking. I did not hire another company until I was told that I may be better off just working with someone else. They told me that after I made one little complaint that I did not receive a text back from them after 24 hours. They already worked on our place and over 24 hours passed and I was just trying to get a resolution on our sink. They told us we needed to replace the sink to fix the problem, but it turns out when we hired a new company, It was snaking that worked - and I only hired a new company because this company told me we might be better off just choosing a different company because I made one little complaint about them not responding to me after 24 hours. They did not resolve my issues. Do not pay by Zelle because then you can't get your money back. Be very careful with this company. If they can't fix it, they tell you to find another company And then don't resolve the issue. If I am such a horrible customer, just because I was expecting to hear from them I had already paid them and wanted the issue resolved. One more thing when I asked if I could turn the sink back on, they said yes and the kitchen got flooded and they didn't respond to me. Still trying to get some reimbursement. I guess I'll just keep posting reviews everywhere.
