Have used Pipe dreams many times with great success. Recently our water heater went out. Steve came out a few days later staying until job was done ....which turned out to be almost 630 on a Friday evening, making sure we had hot water. THANK YOU ! DS

What a fantastic company. My water heater went out unexpectedly and left me and my family with no hot water. I'd pretty much consider that an emergency. I called two other places and never received a return call. Not only did Pipedreams answer their phone they actually came out that day and installed a new system. Josh was fantastic, the guy really knows what he's doing. Steve (the owner) was on the job too, and is also a fantastic guy. Thanks for the great job guys

Steve and his team were great to work with. They replaced two toilets in our many-stair condo. It wasn't an easy install because of all the stairs! His installers, Jeff & Josh were great and kept the house and the bathrooms nice and clean during and after the install. Wonderful to see such thorough work done with integrity in today's world of rush and run!!

Pipedreams Plumbing Josh Hopkins responded to my service call after hours very promptly. They came out the very next day to provide my with an estimate for a new water line from my meter to my home, new tankless water heater and installation and out door shower installation. I obtained multiple estimates and they were by far the most reasonably priced. They did not pressure me, they answered all my questions, and were flexible in scheduling the work.

I have had construction nightmares in the past and was extremely pleased with how smooth Pipedreams Plumbing and Josh made this project.

They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed along each Installation project.

Pipedreams Plumbing will be my go to plumber for any future Plumbing projects.

Excellent job installing the two low flow toilets and educating me on how to keep them efficient. Job finished in two hours, everything cleaned up perfectly and great music to boot, thanks to Josh? Justin?( I have two grandsons, one with each name, and so I have blanked out the name of the plumber--but his work music was terrific.He will know who I am talking about.)

My first thought when my landlord told me ""pipe dreams plumbing "" was coming to fix my leak was that this has to be a handyman with a felony.
And boy was I right! Josh (I only know his name is Josh from my landlord ) showed up early. Good sign right? Yet the first words out of his mouth was * my 17 year old daughter told me she was pregnant "" Josh was dressed like a gang member. Complete with neck tattoos. He never did give me his name even after asking several times.
I asked him several questions about problems I was having around the house. He had no answers and instead only offered excuses.
Josh was very unprofessional and discourteous.
I would more expect him to have a felony than business insurance.
I do not recommend this plumber.

I called from our office regarding a leaking toilet. They were here promptly. The Plumber was friendly, helpful and courteous. They advised us that we were in need of a new toilet and provided us with a fair estimate. I would recommend Steve and his crew to family and friends. This is the second time we had called them for our Dental office. He explained that the product they will be replacing was top quality, the tech knew all the specs and said it was highly recommended by the City of Santa Rosa for low flow. We will not use any other Plumbing Company for any and all future needs!

The best plumber that never showed up. We had a problem with our kitchen sink. We tried to fix the problem ourselves. When that didn't work I called Steve at Pipedream. I explained all we had done, Steve said he would be willing to come out and take a look. He gave us a few suggestions over the phone and said if the suggestions don't work to call him back. He put us on the schedule just in case we needed him. He was so helpful and super honest.

These guys are great! First we hired them to fix our shower diverter that leaked and barely worked. They were so fast, and friendly, and affordable that we again hired them to replace our ancient water heater with a tankless. They were on schedule, on budget, and left no mess. Last week when I found a flood under the kitchen sink, it was a no-brainer. I called and a few hours later it was fixed. It's so great to have an honest plumber!
