I called from our office regarding a leaking toilet. They were here promptly. The Plumber was friendly, helpful and courteous. They advised us that we were in need of a new toilet and provided us with a fair estimate. I would recommend Steve and his crew to family and friends. This is the second time we had called them for our Dental office. He explained that the product they will be replacing was top quality, the tech knew all the specs and said it was highly recommended by the City of Santa Rosa for low flow. We will not use any other Plumbing Company for any and all future needs!

The best plumber that never showed up. We had a problem with our kitchen sink. We tried to fix the problem ourselves. When that didn't work I called Steve at Pipedream. I explained all we had done, Steve said he would be willing to come out and take a look. He gave us a few suggestions over the phone and said if the suggestions don't work to call him back. He put us on the schedule just in case we needed him. He was so helpful and super honest.

These guys are great! First we hired them to fix our shower diverter that leaked and barely worked. They were so fast, and friendly, and affordable that we again hired them to replace our ancient water heater with a tankless. They were on schedule, on budget, and left no mess. Last week when I found a flood under the kitchen sink, it was a no-brainer. I called and a few hours later it was fixed. It's so great to have an honest plumber!

They were late. They did a good job. Here is the rub. They charged me 240 bucks for 30 minutes of work. The valve they changed could not have cost more than 15 bucks. They are just too pricy. And they charge 70 bucks to show up. That is deducted from the bill, they do this to trap you. Because 70 bucks is a lot of money to say go to he'll, when they quote their super high prices.

I'd like to give a whole-hearted recommendation for Pipedreams Plumbing! This is the second time we've had their help with a major remodel, 15 years ago, and now again! Both times, they offered prompt reliable service at reasonable rates. They are friendly on the phone and in person. They were able to help within my time needs, were clear on the price and knowledgable, with good communication, able to answer my questions and help me find what I need. The owner Stephen helped me pick out great products to meet our specific needs, at a great price.Their installations have been seamless. Good people, good products, good service, good work. My husband and I were in the upgrade program with the water dept for a free high efficiency toilet (for those who had old water wasting ones!). No one in our area was on the list to install so we called several in SR area. Steve got right back to us ON A WEEKEND (!) and gave us all the info we needed. we set up a time and ordered new flooring for the bathroom. we were pretty sure we had a leak and needed to replace the underlayment at least. My husband felt he needed more time to install the floor (the way of DIY repairs he DEF did need more time!) so Steve moved the date up a week. He made a trip out her to the ends of the earth even tho it was the only job out here because he had been without a flushing toilet at all for almost a week. It was very generous of him. Super professional and very very nice and would highly recommend his work. He kindly inspected something else we had concerns about that someone else had done with no charge as well. Good plumbers are hard to find ! He's the guy!!

Ok so they showed up on time and fixed my problem. It was a relatively simple job. However I chose them because they said they had competitive rates 20- 50% below average on craigslist and I dont have a lot of extra money to play with. The guys was here for 45 minutes replaced a 22 dollar part and charged me 250 bucks. I dont recall ever paying that much for a 45 minute job so I was dissapointed with the price. I will say again though they did fix the job and showed up on time and were nice

These guys were terrible! They didn't know how to install our shower and sink fixtures asking us why we purchased German-made fixtures they didn't know how to install. They scratched the marble in our bathroom along with the fixtures. Our original estimate was increased due to the fact that they didn't know how to install ""high-end"" fixtures. One of the guys showed up late and had the audacity to ask if he could bring his dog in the house... We allowed him to leave his dog in the yard. He took frequent breaks to check on his dog and play with his dog. These guys were incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. Do not hire them!

I had my kitchen sink and washer backing up, and I called Pipedreams because here on Yelp they had a photo of their dog! Within an hour they were here. As the garage door lifted a bolt fell off of it and Stephen saw the bolt fall and started it for me (it just needs tightening now). Then he opened the clean out and noticed that my dryer vent needed capping off and didn't push when I said I would do it. He suggested that I add 6 inches to the washer drain pipe and again accepted that I said I would do it.

Stephen was friendly, efficient, and personable, and he was friendly with my dog.

To cap this all off, the price was less than my plumber neighbor, who gave me a ""neighbor discount"".

There are several factors here that contribute to the stars: My phone call was answered right away. I was given a quote over the phone (flat diagnostic charge and then told there would be a flat service fee). He maintained communication and was up front with the fee for the service.
My issue was the water main valve had shot off - so we were without water for a full day before I could any plumber to respond. And of course this was the weekend. I called Mr. Rooter first - on a Sat. during open business hours and they never called me back. Then I called Economy plumbing and was told that it would be their double time fee for service on a Sunday. I quickly understood why plumbers live well.

Pipedreams was less and friendly and prompt. I highly suggest you give them a call. He had it fixed within an hour. :-)
