called after being put off for a weekend by another company, owner went out of her way to help with an emergency. Had someone here within 3 hours. Very compentent plumber,showed us the best way to fix problem,without added expense.We will use them now anytime we need plumbing help .

This company performed some work for me without issue and to my great satisfaction. So, I had them give me an estimate to fix my well issues. I wanted to prepay however, they would not send me an estimate. How do I prepay something without a contract or estimate? It seemed a bit fishy to me. It's not like a person can't be contacted several ways these days. Maybe they underbid the job and new it. The technician was very personable and professional, but the owner and office staff seem disorganized. After all, they had no problems sending an invoice for the first job. This work was needed in order I had potable water. It was a must do job. They lost out to another company. They must be doing so well to walk away from business. Not ethical at all. This pushed my work back and I'm not very happy.

Good luck getting anyone to return a phone call from this organization. I am attempting to get a quote for new construction from them. I have made several attempts and even emailed them the home plans. They may do awesome work once you get them to come out. However, I guess I will never know, since no one will ever return any phone calls.

Best plumbing outfit in the area! These guys go all out to get the job done, and the do not overcharge. I have had 2 dishwashers installed, a major leak in the cast iron drain pipe repaired, and other smaller jobs. The owner takes a personal responsibility that job is done right and will check on his guys as needed.
