Gordon McKinney ..After reading several reviews, I felt inclined to contact Pipedex and they were quick to respond. They sent a person to see what would be involved in replacing the 38 gallon electric water heater. The cost of their representative was $39.00 and he analyzed the situation within 7 minutes and gave me a figure that was higher than any other plumbers I had contacted. The estimate was about $500 to $600 higher than the other estimates I had received including the """"$125 senior discount"""" they offered. I was disappointed to say the least and had hoped I could have used them.
