We recently called Pipecraft on a Sunday and they were able to schedule us first thing Monday morning to help detect the source of a leak in our basement. When they came out they explained where the source likely was and that they would need to cut out some drywall to get to it. They identified the source of the leak almost immediately and were able to get it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. I felt super comfortable that the plumber knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely professional and competent and a pleasure to work with. Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process and I would definitely recommend them to others. Called them to come out and replace hot water pipe attached to water heater; a lot of rust had accumulated and I couldn't even see where they were attached. Also thought I would have them flush out water tank while they were here; had never had it done in the 4 years that we have lived here. Came out on time, very friendly and used face mask while they were here. Looked at the tank, told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was much less than I expected. Also told me that the tank didn't need to be flushed not, appreciate the savings. Asked them about quality of our water heater and they told me it is the brand they recommend and use almost exclusively. Explained what they had done and that they had removed the old copper pipe with new insulated pipes for both hot and cold water.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Jacob and his team at Pipecraft Plumbing are simply the best. We recently replaced some toilets in our home, and after discovering one of them had a manufacturing issue Jacob stood behind his warranty and his work, replacing it at no cost to us and doing so promptly and professionally.

From the initial appointment for an estimate, until everything was completely finished, Pipecraft consistently confirmed our appointments with us, confirmed when they would be coming, provided accurate estimates up front, and most importantly stood behind their work. They even cleaned up some aesthetic issues that another company left for us to deal with.

Without a doubt, we will be calling Jacob and his team at Pipecraft Plumbing from now on.

Jake, from Pipecraft Plumbing, replaced a bad sump pump this afternoon. It was not cheap, but I felt like it was a fair price - below the average that I had read on Google. He was confident in his assessment of what needed to be done, his ability to do it and his time to complete estimate. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a quieter cast iron sump pump versus the noisier plastic one with less horsepower that he took out.

We hired pipe craft plumbing because they had great reviews. Upon our first visit we were charged $175 to replace a toilet seat that we provided. Our other issue that we were hoping would be fixed was that the tank hardware wasn't working properly. After speaking with the owner Jacob, he let me know that he would send a plumber out to rectify the situation. He came out today and Jacob the owner informed his plumber that we would have to pay $215 to have the hardware fixed so that the toilet didn't run anymore. It just doesn't feel right.

I found this company via the NextDoor app. They came highly recommended. I needed a water heater replaced in my residence. They contacted me soon after I contacted them. They gave me an installed price over the phone which was $1,000 to $2,200 lower than two other companies. They scheduled the work about a week out, reminded me of the appointment via text, showed up within the arrival window. The technician did a good install, tested fittings and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if / when I have plumbing needs.

This is a great family own company. I highly recommend Jacob and Jason. His wife Mona, schedules and confirms appointments. They were very respectful of my home and extrictly followed COVID protocol. They did an excellent job reparing stem lines and replacing two stem heads in my stem shower. Also they replaced a shut off irrigation valve that was defective. Their free estimates were very competitive and the quality of their service was excellent!

When others said the project was too large or they weren't qualified - Jacob and his team were able to do it in half a days work and set us up with the appropriate hot water system for our families needs.
