I'm a do it yourselfer but my house was too much for me. I got three estimates these guys had the best price and had the best bang for you buck. These guys showed up too work! Mike the sales guy showed up with the crew and was overseeing everything put me at ease he was friendly and helpful. They did everything as promised. The results were were better than I expected. Highly recommend.

When a slab leak popped up in our house, we knew that we wanted a long-term, permanent solution and came across Pipease. Unlike the myriad contractors and plumbers we had experienced before, Pipease was always responsive and communicative from the get go. We received our estimate and it was very fairly priced, with a clear breakdown of the steps involved. Mike listened to our concerns, showed us where the walls would be cut into, and how the plumbing would be routed. We opted for a mix of PEX and copper and they were more than able to fit our custom option in.

The day of the repipe, everything went smoothly. The crew spent a long time covering and containing the drywall dust and we were able to get running water back that same evening. Inspection went without a hitch and the third day was patching. It looked like nothing had even occurred!

As a plus, our house also suffered from extreme water pressure in our main line and a pressure regulator valve, along with all the internal valves, were included and installed. We've been very happy with the speed and quality of the work performed, and feel great that we chose Pipease -- not only did the work turn out great, Mike really goes above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are addressed no matter what. In a sea of unresponsive contractors, Pipease has been straightforward, transparent, fairly-priced, and committed to getting the job done right by you.

I was so nervous about getting my house re-piped. I got three quotes. was in the middle of the 4th slab leak in this house and really needed to do this and not pay for another slab leak repair.

Why I picked Pipease? Mike who came out was very professional and was good at explaining everything to me. His price wasn't the lowest but competitive. Since someone who going to be ripping my walls apart, I wanted to feel good about them. Had it done last Friday, they got here early. I couldn't have asked for a better crew, by 6PM, they were done.
I couldn't believe it! I have a big house.
I was impressed with how they prepped the floor and walls. Nothing was damaged and some of house was cleaner than when they started.

Pipease is everything you want in a professional Repipe company. To say they go above and beyond is only the beginning. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. They have integrity; they stood by their work even two years after our repipe. Their customer service is superior; Pipease came out within two hours of a phone conversation on a Saturday after we discovered a leak. They diagnosed and repaired the problem even though it was not due to their work, but instead, the result of roofers who has hammered a nail through a pipe.

Mike and his crew are some of the best friends a homeowner could have! I would not hesitate to reuse Pipease for any future project.

I used Pipease Repipe to repipe our home. We had a slab leak and decided to repipe the house. Mike was great!! I had a few other quotes and went with them because Mike didn't try and sell me a million other things. We had scheduled our repipe but then the leak got worse and they ended up coming the next day to do the project.

Not only did they finish the repipe in one day, they left my house clean. The inspector came and commented on what a great job they did. The patching crew that came was also great. I highly recommend Pipease.

Our experience with ""PipEase"" was pleasant from the first day. Mike provided us with an honest and fair estimate, and answered all our concerns or questions. The entire crew was very professional and they did a great job cleaning after re-piping. We were concerned with all the holes, but as guaranteed by Mike, re-plastering was perfect and after painting, we couldn't even notice the holes. But what is best about this company, is the ""after care"" provided to the customer. We called with minor issues, and the next or same day, someone was at our home addressing the concern. When the inspector came by to look at completed re-piping job, he stated ""this is obviously not their first rodeo...they did a great job,"" which we agree with. Any and all concerns are addressed immediately, which is very reassuring to the customer. Great job, and we are very pleased.

This review is long overdue! We had a leak in our home and the plumber (from another company) recommended we repipe. I found Pipease through a magazine and called them for a quote. I had a lot of questions being a new home owner and Mike was super responsive and was able to get the work scheduled in a very short time. The crew did a great job too and were very friendly. I am a stickler for details and the refinishing of the walls was also done very well (I did notice a spot that could have been better, I called Mike and he sent someone over to re-finish that place). Overall I am very satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repiping done! :)

These guys just finished my re-pipe last week and I could not be happier with the job they did. I'm really surprised there aren't way more 5 star reviews for these guys. They started the job on Wednesday, had all the holes cut and the new PEX piping done by 4:00pm that afternoon - water was back on for our use by 4:00 pm too! Thursday was inspection day and their work passed with no issues. Friday was the loooonnnngggg day, they came early and had all holes (maybe 40-50 total in the drywall) patched and perfectly matched and texturized by 5:30pm that night.

I am still in awe at how well they were able to match my drywall and how well they texturized the existing wall with the patched wall. Had a team of four guys working, all very professional, and all very helpful. Mike was of course available to me and my wife at all times and answered all of our questions. The price was about what can be expected for a full home re-pipe. Also, with a 25 year warranty on all work and any possible future leaks/damage, how can you go wrong?

I would recommend these guys to anyone. If you live in south Orange County and you're one of the hundreds every month that have a slab leak due to garbage copper piping, do yourself a favor and call these guys for an estimate.

The service was excellent. Called and notified Pipease, Inc in the morning of my situation, concerning the clog of my sewage drainage pipe. The customer service agent was very nice, respectful, and patient. He gave me a time between 3-4pm, in which a field agent can come and analyze my problem. He came on time and was also very respectful and informative. He gave tips on how to control and prevent this issue from occurring again, and in doing so he also kept me updated as he was doing the job. Will definitely recommend.
