Let's start with Mike, at the first initial meeting Mike was on time and immediately started accessing our home, no small talk, a very straightforward knowledgeable guy who will not try to sell you unnecessary services. I decided to go with copper over pex and his copper price (type L) beats other competitors.

It took only 3 days to complete the entire job with 10 fixtures, the first day of plumbing, the 2nd-day inspection from the city with the final day of patching.

With the efficient team of plumbers and patchers, the job only took two working days plus one day for city inspection to complete. In the end, there was a slight glitch with the new water pressure regulator, but this was due to the fault of the manufacturer, not Pipease. Mike immediately replaced the defective parts the following day.

I needed a re-pipe for my entire 3,000 square-foot house. This company made this process so incredibly easy. Mike took the time to explain everything in detail. His crew showed up not only on time but kept everything so tidy and clean, as much as could be done during a re-pipe. When everything was done and re-patched, they went through and cleaned everything very thoroughly. I highly, highly recommend this company!

We had type M copper piping and our plumber recommended getting it replaced. He didn't do repipes and suggested PEX instead of better type L copper (better than what we had). I called 3 companies that did it and Pipease got the bid. Mike was awesome. Super attentive to our needs. The crew came and laid down plastic everywhere they walked, and got it done super fast. We are on a raised foundation so that helped, but even patched up the walls like pros. I'd definitely recommend them.

Mike the sales guy showed up with the crew and was overseeing everything put me at ease he was friendly and helpful. They did everything as promised. The results were were better than I expected. When a slab leak popped up in our house, we knew that we wanted a long-term, permanent solution and came across Pipease. Unlike the myriad contractors and plumbers we had experienced before, Pipease was always responsive and communicative from the get go. We received our estimate and it was very fairly priced, with a clear breakdown of the steps involved. Mike listened to our concerns, showed us where the walls would be cut into, and how the plumbing would be routed. We opted for a mix of PEX and copper and they were more than able to fit our custom option in.

The day of the repipe, everything went smoothly. The crew spent a long time covering and containing the drywall dust and we were able to get running water back that same evening. Inspection went without a hitch and the third day was patching. It looked like nothing had even occurred!

As a plus, our house also suffered from extreme water pressure in our main line and a pressure regulator valve, along with all the internal valves, were included and installed. We've been very happy with the speed and quality of the work performed, and feel great that we chose Pipease -- not only did the work turn out great, Mike really goes above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are addressed no matter what. I was so nervous about getting my house re-piped. I got three quotes. was in the middle of the 4th slab leak in this house and really needed to do this and not pay for another slab leak repair.

Why I picked Pipease? Mike who came out was very professional and was good at explaining everything to me. His price wasn't the lowest but competitive. Since someone who going to be ripping my walls apart, I wanted to feel good about them. Had it done last Friday, they got here early. I couldn't have asked for a better crew, by 6PM, they were done.

Pipease is everything you want in a professional Repipe company. To say they go above and beyond is only the beginning. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. They have integrity; they stood by their work even two years after our repipe. Their customer service is superior; Pipease came out within two hours of a phone conversation on a Saturday after we discovered a leak. They diagnosed and repaired the problem even though it was not due to their work, but instead, the result of roofers who has hammered a nail through a pipe.

I used Pipease Repipe to repipe our home. We had a slab leak and decided to repipe the house. Mike was great!! I had a few other quotes and went with them because Mike didn't try and sell me a million other things. We had scheduled our repipe but then the leak got worse and they ended up coming the next day to do the project.

Not only did they finish the repipe in one day, they left my house clean. The inspector came and commented on what a great job they did. The patching crew that came was also great. I highly recommend Pipease.

Our experience with ""PipEase"" was pleasant from the first day. Mike provided us with an honest and fair estimate, and answered all our concerns or questions. The entire crew was very professional and they did a great job cleaning after re-piping. We were concerned with all the holes, but as guaranteed by Mike, re-plastering was perfect and after painting, we couldn't even notice the holes. But what is best about this company, is the ""after care"" provided to the customer. We called with minor issues, and the next or same day, someone was at our home addressing the concern. When the inspector came by to look at completed re-piping job, he stated ""this is obviously not their first rodeo...they did a great job,"" which we agree with. Any and all concerns are addressed immediately, which is very reassuring to the customer. Great job, and we are very pleased.

This review is long overdue! We had a leak in our home and the plumber (from another company) recommended we repipe. I found Pipease through a magazine and called them for a quote. I had a lot of questions being a new home owner and Mike was super responsive and was able to get the work scheduled in a very short time. The crew did a great job too and were very friendly. I am a stickler for details and the refinishing of the walls was also done very well (I did notice a spot that could have been better, I called Mike and he sent someone over to re-finish that place). Overall I am very satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repiping done! :)
