My appreciation started with their office staff. Super courteous and accurate. I even tried to hire Jennifer for my dental office. Then comes the estimator Andrew. Super sharp your man. Answered every question accurately and gave me a fair price. Then came Erick and another worker ( I forgot his name). They worked from 8:30 till 6:40. Didn't ask me for anything. Good people doing great work!! ??would I use them again??? ABSOLUTELY. 1 small divot. They could have left the yard looking a bit better. Good company DHC

NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS WITH MONEY UP FRONT! Purchased a yearly contract and only got them to come out one time. After that they would schedule and then not show up... no phone call, no nothing. Not only am i out the money i paid for the yearly service that they FAILED to give me, but i am out all of the time i took off to be home and wait. I have NEVER received such poor service from a company! DO NOT USE!!!

This company came out today to look at two different toilets in our home. One needs a part so it doesn't run so long and the other needs to be tightened on the bottom. Quoted my husband $1,000 for the job. Charged us $60 for this quote. Unbelievable. Would give 0 stars if I could.

started with a leaky toilet, fixed but told that i needed a new toilet, explained that living on social security i just couldn't afford almost $1000.00. contacted them, and bought an inspection and tune up for furnace and water heater, then it started...told many things wrong with furnace and that I needed a new one and that my water heater needed to be brought up to date, it's only four years old. I purchased the furnace and updated the water heater, had to finance the expense, $3,600 plus. three weeks later the new CO2 monitor went off and wouldn't reset, KUB came and said no leak, called pipe wrench and they came right out....after checking out everything the 'CO2' specialist told me that i needed a new water heater and didn't i finance the furnace, he also told me that it would be around $2,000 more but the finance company would add that to my account, I told him i would think about, he left saying ""I don't think that the water heater will kill you"". I was left feeling exploited, used and that i was stupid. I am female, 73 years old, live alone and with a very limited income....I'm wondering if my air conditioning will work when the weather gets warm. They spent a lot of time in my garage and three of them, one on three visits, needed to use my bathroom, curious. Everyone I dealt with was very nice however with every visit i felt pressured to spend more money and was left believing that I was going to be cold or I might die.

Very fast response time and nice technicians. Did the repair correctly, the one I had them do. But price in my opinion was way to much. Took about 20 mins to solder one 3/4"" copper pipe coupling in place to fix leak... $380. Also had a quote at the same time/ visit to repair an outdoor faucet, replacing a couple rubber washers and oring.., $220 ! Or $600 to replace said frost proof faucet ! Needless to say I did NOT have that repair made. While water was shut off to repair leak in ceiling I replaced washers and O-ring myself in less than 10 minutes. Price gouging at its finest. I don't mind paying a fair and reasonable price but $220 to spend 10 minutes to replace a washer?? Wow.

It took 10 months to respond!!! Also there were several calls that weren't transcribed, what a joke of a company. Why did you decide not to do the job? Haha, those transcripts clearly prove my point! Sad and sorry, I will always make sure anyone I know or come across don't do business with your company!!!

They wanted to charge us 10k for a exterior pipe replacement. we went with another plumber that did the job for 3k. You can find cheaper help.

-Impressive marketing (on another note)

Concerns
-Prompted company to return to complete job without further pay (in which they complied)
-Appears to be bias toward presenting options that require more
money (membership, immediate suggestions for expensive
replacements). I would have liked the option I came up with myself. I feel self advocating and somewhat-experienced family support was helpful for me.

I had the pleasure of having my HVAC technician Jeremy out today to make sure everything was working properly and we were doing everything we needed. We got our HVAC installed last July with them and it's working perfectly. When Jeremy pulled up today, he immediately asked ""How are my Oregon people doing today?!?"" He remembered we moved from the west coast when they installed last July. And I just wanted to write a review and let the company and potential customers know that Jeremy made my day by JUST REMEMBERING our story. That...is the customer service I have come to know and expect and I will always be a Pipe Wrench customer because of the employees and the fantastic service they provide. Thank you!

I called and they had someone out within 3 hours which I was very pleased with. Terry and Steve were patient, and informed me of everything they did! They were able to locate an issue, which had been overlooked by several other plumbers, and resolve the problem. Although the cost was much more than expected, I was pleased with the overall service. I will definitely use Pipe Wrench Plumbing in the future.
