Thomas began his plumbing journey at the age of 15 with an apprenticeship in a plumbing company owned by a friend's father in Oakland, CA. During his career, Thomas has worked for renowned plumbing and underground infrastructure companies within the Bay Area. He became fascinated with underground utilities, resulting in him acquiring essential tools and expertise to operate independently in the plumbing and underground construction field. He received his plumbing license at the age of 27, which made him the youngest licensed contractor in the entire state of California.
With over 14 years in the underground plumbing industry, Thomas DiGiacomo is proud to providing reliable and high-quality plumbing services for reasonable and competitive prices.

scam scam scam!!!!!!! these people came out and left my water heater leaking all night and was 3 hours late the next morning and sent an employee on parole. i was told they pulled a permit and that was a lie. i hired a real plumber who found connections leaking and things done not to code!
beware they will sound cheap but cost me alot more money.

Great service, and extremely fair pricing. My husband and I have been shopping for a home we spent months looking for the perfect house, when we finally found our dream home we were devastated when we received the findings from the home inspection. A camera inspection was done showing that the entire sewer line needed replaced. A family member recommended we get a second opinion and referred us to Pipe Workz. With mine and my husbands busy schedules it was going to be difficult to find time to meet with Thomas. He told us he could go out the following day and record the inspection as well as send us a link to view the video via YouTube. What the inspection video showed had us in disbelief. The sewer had been replaced within 10 years, the other company had showed us a video of a completely different home!! Thomas recorded the property and address prior to dropping it down the sewer line. (I recommend anyone having an inspection done while not present to watch, request this be done) the sewer was in perfect condition not a single issue. The other company offered to dig up our yard and replace a perfectly good sewer ( who knows they probably would have left it and pretended to replace it) for $7k. We had discussed replacement options prior to having Thomas do the inspection he offered a trenchless replacement for $3500 oh yea and a LIFETIME warranty while the other guys offered a measly 1 yr warranty.... I will definitely be using pipe workz in the future and telling all my family and friends!!!

We recently purchased a fixer property in Fair Oaks. During the remodel, we discovered extensive plumbing issues that needed immediate repair. We contacted a few local plumbers for bids. We chose Pipe Workz who gave us a fair bid. We were on a tight deadline and needed them to complete the work in a timely manner. They did not disappoint. Within our timeline, they replaced and/or repaired water and sewer lines in two bathrooms and the kitchen. The sewer line was replaced with trenchless equipment with minimal impact to our landscaping. In addition, they installed an on demand water heater. Their workmanship and professional service are as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Same as the other reviews here. Showed up 2 hours late the first time. Never showed up the second time. No call to apologize or reschedule. Ignored my calls and now appears that my phone number is blocked. His name is Thomas DiGiacomo.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Eventually, noone will hire them.

Avoid the Craigslist skilled trade ad that reads:
""Honest, Affordable, Licensed *Plumber*! 24/7 Same day service! (Sacramento *Plumbing* *Plumber* *Plumbers*)""
I wasted 1/2 a day of work waiting for Melissa and Thomas to show up. It was one excuse after another (similar to all the other reviews). The funniest was after telling me GPS puts them 15 min away from my house, 2 1/2 hrs later they claimed to be leaving their Rancho Cordova office with as much material as they could gather to do my small plumbing job. I'm only 15 min from Rancho Cordova, yet an hour later they claimed they forgot their soldering torches at the office, so they turned around and are back on Hwy 50 coming my way.
FORTUNATELY, I told them not to bother, for the other reviews make me thankful I never let them in my house. Pipe Workz, or whatever Melissa and Thomas call their business is the most unprofessional service that refers to themselves as a ""skilled"" trade. STAY AWAY from this dynamic duo that claims they can fix ANYTHING.
Do not deal with CA Lic#1016175, or the phone number 916-949-9075

great people...fast and affordable...great communication...I'll use them again and recommend to friends (;
I have had them out twice...
1) Had a backed up sewer line, and the Home Warranty people would not send anyone out for an emergency call. Pipe Workz to the rescue even at midnight!
2) The washing machine is dumping water each time we use it...and still not fixed after calling the home warranty people twice...pipe workz extended the pipe and I'm able to wash without hovering to open the lid...they are so friendly honest and affordable...once again...a great experience with pipe workz.

Look no further if you want a fast reliable plumbing specialist to visit your home!! We had a water leak under our sink and had another plumber and appliance guy out to see what could be the problem. None of them could figure it out. When Thomas came to our house (the same day I called for appt) he quickly assessed the problem and gave us a couple of options to correct the situation. Since my wife and I were contemplating updating out kitchen we opted for the temporary fix in which he promptly agreed with and was ok with just assisting us to allow us time to get into the remodel and then he would come back to fix it permanently for us. Bottom line is he is very trustworthy and will give you an honest estimate. You will NOT be dissatisfied with his services. Rating A++

Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. I hope others do the same. These people should not be licensed plumbers. Horrific experience as stated in all the other reviews. Wish I had looked them up on here first, would never have hired them!

These guys were terrible!! This was the worst, most unprofessional ""plumbing company"" I've ever seen. We waited all weekend for Thomas the plumber, who never showed up. Our appointment was Saturday morning for (what should be) a simple sewer inspection. Apparently Thomas was running behind and had to push back the time, then he was on his way (twice), then he had a flat tire, then he was double-booked because his wife Melissa is scheduling all the appointments and he has no control... it was literally one excuse after another. They stopped answering our phone calls and text messages, and even had us wait around on Sunday after promising they were on the way, yet again.
Who in their right mind, calls themselves a legitimate business and is this disorganized, flakey and disrespectful?? What a waste of time. I'm reading the other reviews here and am so upset at these people. NEVER use this company. They also go by the name Pipe Workz on craigslist. They don't deserve to be in business.

Agree with the above reviewers. These guys are terrible - never showed up for the time promised. When we called them, they told us that they needed to up the price because they had misquoted the price. Even after we agreed to the new price they still didn't show or give us the courtesy call. I called them several times and they kept hanging up on me.
