Thomas began his plumbing journey at 15 years old by apprenticing in a plumbing company owned by a friend's father in Oakland, CA. During his career, he has been employed by leading plumbing and underground utility firms in the Bay Area. He developed a passion for underground utilities, leading him to acquire the skills and equipment needed to work autonomously within the plumbing and underground construction sector. At 27, Thomas became licensed in plumbing, making him the youngest licensed contractor in the state of California.
Having spent more than 14 years in underground plumbing, Thomas DiGiacomo takes pride in providing reliable and high-quality plumbing services for reasonable and competitive prices.

These people are a scam - they don't know anything about plumbing. We hired them to replace a sewer line. They said they will flush the pipe under the house, install the new pipe using trenchless. Then they made excuses that they cant do it using trenchless so they had to dig a trench. They used two pieces of PVC pipes, which they said they fused together to prevent any future issues. They left a small 5x5 section of the trench open saying they need to make sure there are no issues with the sewage flowing for 24 hrs. They never returned to install the clean and when I inspected it - the clean was never installed, meaning ALL the sewage was collecting in that little hole and was smelling. I called another company to come out and upon further inspection and running a camera, they installed the wrong pipe, which was bowed and did not have the proper grade, they did not fuse the pipes together, not even to the city line, which means either way some of the sewage would flow into the ground. Throughout this whole time I was contacting Melissa, one of the owners or the wife of the owner, who just kept making up BS excuses about car trouble, baby being sick, etc. I had to pay another company to complete the job. Oh, and the reviews with the higher than one star - I learned are from Melissa and her useless husband, Thomas. I have already filed a very detailed complaint with the BBB and am taking legal action. I hope others who hired them and experienced the same issues and got a bunch of BS excuses do the same, at least file a complaint with the BBB.

Called one number which was never answered. Called the other number and got ""mail box full"". I eventually was contacted and was given a time but they showed up 6 hours later..Did a good job on the three tasks attempted and was paid for those with the promise of return the next morning to complete the other two tasks......never showed up. After repeated calls with no answer Mellissa? called me and stated she was a licensed contractor and, if okay with me, would be here within the hour. I agreed. She never called or showed. Now I am back to square one and need to get a plumber to finish, Too bad because I work in an organization with about 8000 people and would have gladly referred them had they treated me with a modicum of respect.

They made an appointment to come out and didn't show up. Postponed three times and didn't show up each time. Didn't answer phone, and phone didn't take messages, on either number. Only replied to some texts. Did not keep their word at any point. This was like those old psychology tests to see how many times you will take an excuse before you run out of patience. Want to rate at 0 stars, but yelp makes it 1 star.

Like everyone else, I wish there was a zero star option. I have used this contractor many times over the course of the last few years. Previously I had a great experience, prompt and friendly service at a more than reasonable price with it fixed each time.
Most recently it has been like pulling teeth to work with this contractor. He fails to answer his phone, makes faults promises saying he is going to show at a certain time or date and then just goes off the grid. Despite this I waited for this contractor for almost a week. He finally came out to take care of my plumbing needs. 2 weeks later it's backed up. He got paid and he's no where to be found. Do yourself a favor and skip to your next option down the list.

This company did work on our Company sewer issues in March 2018.
We paid them for both calls and I have ask for invoices twice by email and spoke directly to Melissa by phone twice. First phone call was a request, following up by email and second phone call she said she would have me invoices within the hour. Yet another email reminding her of her promise. I made a third call and the voice said the phone was not set up for messages. I saw on their facebook page that these YELP reviews was not their company. OH yes it is their company. Bad business practice !! Pipe Workz USA - Thomas Digiacomo and wife Melissa. phone # (916) 949-9075. All I want are the paid invoices to be reimbursed by the owner of the building. $3330.00 to be exact.

I was totally blown away at how quickly Thomas showed up to fix my busted water heater! I applaud him & his wife for their ""2nd Chance for felons"" program. In less than an HR, my problem was fixed w/out disturbing my sleeping children. Thank you for great timely service. I look forward to working with you on my other properties!

scam scam scam!!!!!!! these people came out and left my water heater leaking all night and was 3 hours late the next morning and sent an employee on parole. i was told they pulled a permit and that was a lie. i hired a real plumber who found connections leaking and things done not to code!
beware they will sound cheap but cost me alot more money.

Great service, and extremely fair pricing. My husband and I have been shopping for a home we spent months looking for the perfect house, when we finally found our dream home we were devastated when we received the findings from the home inspection. A camera inspection was done showing that the entire sewer line needed replaced. A family member recommended we get a second opinion and referred us to Pipe Workz. With mine and my husbands busy schedules it was going to be difficult to find time to meet with Thomas. He told us he could go out the following day and record the inspection as well as send us a link to view the video via YouTube. What the inspection video showed had us in disbelief. The sewer had been replaced within 10 years, the other company had showed us a video of a completely different home!! Thomas recorded the property and address prior to dropping it down the sewer line. (I recommend anyone having an inspection done while not present to watch, request this be done) the sewer was in perfect condition not a single issue. The other company offered to dig up our yard and replace a perfectly good sewer ( who knows they probably would have left it and pretended to replace it) for $7k. We had discussed replacement options prior to having Thomas do the inspection he offered a trenchless replacement for $3500 oh yea and a LIFETIME warranty while the other guys offered a measly 1 yr warranty.... I will definitely be using pipe workz in the future and telling all my family and friends!!!

We recently purchased a fixer property in Fair Oaks. During the remodel, we discovered extensive plumbing issues that needed immediate repair. We contacted a few local plumbers for bids. We chose Pipe Workz who gave us a fair bid. We were on a tight deadline and needed them to complete the work in a timely manner. They did not disappoint. Within our timeline, they replaced and/or repaired water and sewer lines in two bathrooms and the kitchen. The sewer line was replaced with trenchless equipment with minimal impact to our landscaping. In addition, they installed an on demand water heater. Their workmanship and professional service are as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Same as the other reviews here. Showed up 2 hours late the first time. Never showed up the second time. No call to apologize or reschedule. Ignored my calls and now appears that my phone number is blocked. His name is Thomas DiGiacomo.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Eventually, noone will hire them.
