When I contacted them I was greated by a lovely young lady named Eiko who made an appointment for me to have Mac come and fix my problem. He was excellent. He sourced the most reasonably priced and quality items for the job. Mac handled everything professionally and timely. He and his colleague did an outstanding job. They solved my plumbing crisis and they cleaned up everything thoroughly. I know who to call if I require further plumbing service.

Mac is very responsive and worked with me on a very tight schedule. I used yelp to get a bunch of quotes to replace a broken shower cartridge valve. Mac was the first to respond and somehow had the cheapest quote so it was an easy choice to make. He worked carefully and deliberately to prevent damage to existing parts. The shower was working well when he left.
