BACK STORY: we had previously used another plumbing service to repipe our entire home in March of 2020. We were also very happy with them, but they were not available on a moments notice; thus I found Pipe-Thru Plumbing.

After the above mentioned repair, we were still having back up issues. As it turns out, all of the connections from my clean out near the sidewalk to the middle of the street were virtually either clogged with roots or in some cases not even existing. Like most tax payers, I called the City. They had a solution, they would dig up the street, my pavers, my brand new sidewalk, my paver pathway to my house and my yard. Not interested in that, I called and spoke to Jose. He and the city came together and made the entire repair in less than 4 hours. The city opened the street while Pipe-Thru dug a hole in my yard. Juan and his crew then used a pipe bursting method to place a new pipe from my existing cleanout to the street. The city made the connections to a new pipe they placed in the street to the main, Pipe-Thru made the connections in my yard and put EVERYTHING back better that I could have ever hoped for! Also, did I mention that they came out on a moments notice and were affordable. Everything is perfect and I could not be happier with the results.

I used pipe thru trenchless to install a new main water line at my duplex. I spoke to Jose and he confirmed they could do the job. His crew were excellent. The job was performed on time and they cleaned up after the job. The lawn had minimal damage with only a few small holes. The cost was well below what I was quoted from others. Communication was excellent and Jose was excellent scheduling and monitoring the job.

Great experience with Pipe-Thru Trenchless! We had an urgent situation as our water supply line burst. The plumber said the fix wouldn't be easy because the line went under our driveway. We didn't want to rip up the driveway to replace the line. We used Yelp to message Pipe-Thru Trenchless. Jose responded promptly. We got an estimate that was actually less than the original plumber's estimate. They can do PEX or copper - we opted for copper. We also requested a permit (requires an additional fee) which he was able to accommodate. They showed up on the scheduled day, and within hours the water was back on! They used a mole device, which allowed them to easily direct the pipe at least 50 ft and underneath our driveway. No mess! The crew did a great job cleaning up after too! (Dealing with the city to complete the permit was unfortunately not as easy...)

Had their service to replace my main sewer line a year ago. Really great service and fair price compared with many other companies.
The technician also helped me understand my pipes layout in details.
The only problem is that this company is so popular and is overbooked. You may need to schedule your service 1-2 weeks ahead of time.

I had a broken water main a couple of weeks ago and fortunately I found Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing to help. Jose was really responsive and professional. He took the time not only to check on everything but also to explain to me in detail. His estimates were itemized and precise. The day they did the work happened to be the hottest day of the year (100F+), but the crew worked very hard for the whole day. They paid attention to every detail until it's done perfectly. They are also very kind and friendly folks. They installed the new pipe, added extra valves and safety features. Most importantly, no broken concrete, no mess, not even any trace of repair. Jose and team were wonderful.

On a workday evening, both bathrooms in the house started backing up. The next day, one plumber used snake and showed me root penetration into the sewer pipe in front yard. Quote for trenchless piping in the front yard was given, and I decided to shop around and called Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing.

Jose showed up within 2 hours of my call. He turned out to be quite familiar with rules of my City, and those are complex rules by my standard. He gave very thorough explanation, which gave me the confidence that he and his team know the work and have done it many times before, including dealing with delays by the City... Quote came very quick to my email inbox.

I gave his company the work. The rest, like what they say, is history. I only wish that my City is as efficient and customer oriented as Jose and his team are.

I also asked Jose to look into water pipes (not sewer pipe or waste water pipe) at a property in a different city, and he is familiar with the rules and behaviors of that city too! Love it. I will definitely call Pipe-Thru the next time I have relevant need.

The 110-year-old house needed new sewage and water pipe. Jose showed up very quickly and politely. He was very responsive to my texts and answered all my questions even after hours. Jose and team replaced them in 2 days. After that, he checked all the work and made sure they were done correctly, and even examined the pipe line from our property to the city. A 5 star service. I had sewage backing up in my house due to roots in my clean-out. I scheduled with Jose. He came on time with his team to install 2 way- cleanout tee, including the camera inspection to the sewer lateral pipe inside the house and towards the street. They did a good job and cleaned up the mess. They were friendly. I definitely will use them in the future when I need to install a new pipe.
