I had my entire sewer line to the street replaced. We had hoped to stay trenchless, and ended up needing to trench because this is such a tricky area with very little slope. Although there was some confusion in scheduling and in the scope of the project, the response to make it right was terrific. Noe, the on-site manager, was fantastic to work with and communicate with. A very good job at a very competitive price.

Positive experience. They are quite busy, so I got on their wait list. An opening came up and my repair is now done ahead of schedule. The crew was a pleasure to work with and we passed inspection with no issues. Happy to have an unclogged sewer lateral! Repair was 90 feet down a hillside and they were efficient at digging the line out and putting things back together with a better configuration than the original builder. Thanks Pipe Spy!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They provided an estimate for a sewer lateral repair, submitted the plans to the city then did different work than what they submitted to save money. They didn't pass inspection and then wanted more money to finish the job properly. The city inspector forced them to finish the job and adjusted the plan so we could pass because they were taking so long to finish (over 2 months with open trenches). When we paid the bill they wanted 2k more than what the estimate was simply because they screwed up. This company is a total bait and switch. They city is considering not allowing them to do any more work because of their poor work, time to completion, & the bait and switch. Use Trenchless Titans. Did 2 other sewers with Gerry Hardiman and he was great, on time and on budget. Save yourself some time and grief.

My house serves as the corporate headquarters for my business, CelebriDucks (www.CelebriDucks.com). Because we returned the whole rubber duck industry back to the USA where it was invented to be the only ones making them in America once again and also now making the safest PVC free rubber ducks in the world for babies to teethe on, we get a lot film crews, reporters, clients, etc., visiting here.

So when our pipes went down and had to be replaced, we had to find a very reputable firm as the image of our company is so important to us. I did my research and I felt Pipe Spy was one of the best out there. And I was right! Their crew was just amazing. I would have to say that James, Andy, and his brother Hugo were some of the most conscientious workers I have ever met. They were just a joy to be around. They were so professional, gave us very fair pricing, and did a great job. I think anyone working with these folks will be very happy!

Pipe Spy replaced our 300+ ft. Lateral line . This was a difficult job with some very steep terrain. The crew spent some long hours using the pipe bursting system and did minimal excavation on our property. The inspector arrived with Pipe Spy walking them thru the installation approving the job. What more can you ask. Also very fair pricing compared to our other bids. Highly recommended!

Miles showed up on time and with every thing he need. Ran a camera down the line and found that a large section of 100 year old Terra cote line had been cracked by trees growing on my neighbors property and the sewer line runs through that property. They dug up the both ends of the line and ran a new plastic pipe inside to old line. Problem solved.
Very fair pricing and excellent work. Of course the pipe was most the way down a hill side so access was miserable and every thing was hand carried down to the job site..Highly recommended

I am updating my review. After the issues with the video recording of my lateral line, the owner came back out, revideoed the line and returned my check. They gave me a reasonable quote to replace part of the line and shortly thereafter scheduled and completed the work. I am satisfied with the work.

I purchased an older home that needs quite a bit of updating of systems. Compared to other contractors I have hired to replace the roof, the furnace, and like work, this was not the greatest experience. But they did ultimately complete the job at a fair price.
