We returned from a week long vacation to a collapsed/ disjointed sewer lateral. Pipe Solutions gave a bid the same day they received the sewer video and got to work the next day. They knew my family was staying in a hotel due to the inability to use the bathroom, and they made us their priority. I cannot thank them enough for how well they treated us and how diligently they worked to get us back into our home. They showed me what they were doing every step of the way, and I have total faith in their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Prior to selling my house, the water heater had started to leak so my warranty company HSA sent out Piping Solutions. Nice fellow, seems like he did a good job until I had to have the house inspected and learned he did nothing about the inspection/permit process. The receptionist said he must have ""overlooked or forgot."" So I had to get him to come back out which delayed the sale of the house. While he was there I had asked for an estimate on some other issues the inspector found. I did not get the estimate for a few days and by then it was too late. I complained but no one ever called me about it. Beware!

These people are very rude and unprofessional! They was sent out by my home warranty and texted 10 minutes upon arrival when they stated they would call. I only work 10 minutes from home. The guy decided to leave and left a ""sorry we missed you"" note on my door. Called the office and spoke with a very rude lady and she said that they text instead of call and they don't wait. What about the people who don't text?? And had the nerve to send a survey via email. Horrible business. They won't be in business much longer. There are plenty of plumbing businesses. Called my home warranty and filled a complaint and they are referring me to a better company.

Pipe Solutions was sent by my warranty co. Guy came into my house and walked from front door to basement on my freshly steamed dark wood floor with his dirty boots (no booties?!) to Take a PHOTO of my PRV valve. Said he had no intention of starting, let alone completing a job today; said it is standard to do 2, sometimes multiple trips (more time off work) to complete a job. Then said that Id have to wait to schedule follow-up until they order the part (of what I'm told is a basic part that should be in the truck). Then he sent me a text bill stating job was complete and that I was and being invoiced? I called confused and Not happy at all...they said they'd be back to finish. Fine.
The company called and said an out of pocket fee was needed in addition to the paid service fee I made for ""a requirement waterline modification"" ? Called the plumber who was out and told me what k needed and they call BS.
Call warranty, they call to get details: since I have copper pipe (not lead ha!) they had a standard additional fee (that was Not covered) and they charge this to ALL customers....
hmmm they can't come back.

I agree with the person below. They came out through American Home Shield and told me that a part needed replaced. That is all he said. Was called back by AHS and told they couldn't fix the shower leak because of a part missing. Not once did Pipe Solutions say anything was missing, and he knew full well this wouldn't be covered. He could've easily told me what to do to repair, but instead he just left leaving me to try and figure out what is actually wrong. I asked the receptionist to email me the report so we could review. Still waiting on that.
Definitely ask for another company if AHS sends them out. Or better yet, find a new home warranty company.

This company works for American Home Shield - not you. Friendly enough, but they will overcharge you for parts/service all the while getting reimbursed by AHS. My shutoffs are still not fixed. Don't call this company for service, and if you're stuck with them because American Home Shield sends them to you, beware!
