Charge outrageous price. I only need to install two new shower heads, valves, tub spouts and a sink faucet. The company sent a plumber who is not even Hawaii licensed and want to charge $200 dollars an hour.

We had a leak in the wall coming from the shower. Matt said he could come out the next day. He called promptly the next morning and said he was on his way. He was very respectful and professional coming into our home to assess the problem. In no time he figured out what needed to be done and repaired it right away. I am so grateful to Pipe Smith for helping me! I woke up on Monday morning to a text from my neighbor Anita that I had a major water main break on my property. The water was gushing through the ground and streaming from my side of the meter. I called my regular plumber and he was too busy to come, and fortunately I had Matt Lind's phone number in my phone from years ago. Matt was across the island but understood the urgency of this situation and dropped everything to help me. He showed up like a knight in shining armor with his immaculate Pipe Smith Plumbing truck. He excavated the site and discovered a plastic part installed by another major plumbing company on Maui had split because it was installed at an angle. Matt replaced this with a metal fitting and copper pipes and reduced the angle to eliminate the torque. Brilliant. Beautiful work, plumbing is actual a science and an art. Shoutout to Jamie, manager of the team. She was able to find and acquire very specialized plumbing parts for my Makena home to stop a faucet leak. Two other plumbers were unable to identify them and suggested that I rip through my walls. Such a delight to work with professionals in an emergency situation and receive a more than fair invoice! Very rare on this island! Mahalo and aloha to the team at pipe smith!!
