Frank has done work for us several times now. Friendly, responsive, punctual, and fair prices. This past time, i had a pin hole leak in the water pipe, which we caught before leaving on vacation. I shut off main valve, so thought i was ok. Well, i wasn't. Long story short, Frank came out and fixed it also cleaned up the mess. He also explained why these things happen and what we can do to help eliminate them in the future. Great guy, great service!!!

I found this plumber by recommendation of neighbors in the Nextdoor App. I needed a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. He was THE ONLY ONE of everybody I called to offer me an out the door price; no price range gimmicks. We did our communication by text and it was great, I didn't need to take time off from work just to get an estimate. We made the appointment for him to come install the new water heater today at 8:00AM. He was here at 8:03! He did the whole install and took the old water heater with him in just shy of two hours. All of his work was very thorough and clean, no mess anywhere. Frank and Tommy were both very personable and professional. The final price (invoice) was exactly what he quoted me, none of the switch and bate non-sense going on with other companies. He gave me a receipt with 1 year labor guarantee plus the manufacturer warranty. I am very satisfied with the service performed and highly recommend him. I hope nothing else breaks, but I'm relieved that at least I now have a plumber I trust that I can call.

Frank and his team worked me into their schedule to come check out our gas line situation. They were so friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything as we are in the middle of due diligence and this visit was imperative to the selling of my home! Don't use. They charged me $450 just to open the line outside and fish their camera about 15 feet to let me know there was a total blockage (roots), which I already knew. I had NO WATER usage in my house. Frank was going to have his """"friend"""" come by and see what it would take to dig and get the blockage out and after five days later without being able to even go to the bathroom in my house (or shower, or cook, or laundry, or use dishwasher), I called another company who was able to come out the next day. Frank had been avoiding my calls for several days and when he finally did call back, I told him I had the repair done. That's when I received an invoice for $450. Since I had used them before and was satisfied, it surprised me that this happened, and I've told everybody I know about how much Frank charge me just to look.

A big thanks to Frank and Kyle for showing up early and getting my plumbing issue fixed quickly. It was no emergency but they were in and out within about a half hour. Frank is very personable and professional (Kyle as well) and won't charge you an arm and a leg! After having issues with another company, I appreciate Frank's honesty and reliability. I highly reccomend Plumb Rite.
