I do not recommend the service at all. Very unprofessional customer service (Lady named Rene) and repairs poorly done. Stay away from these people. Scam.

Showed up on time and did the work requested. Pricing was good. Only complaint (small one) is they could have done a better job cleaning up the work areas. All in all a good experience and won't hesitate to use them again on my next project.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I called them to do a health check of my plumbing in an older building where several drains were slow and one toilet was particularly not getting enough flush pressure. Unfortunately I could not be there but when I was able to inspect the """"work"""" noticed zero improvement. I never received any communication from them until I and my fiancé receive a correspondence in separate letters less than one week later with $150 Bill with a handwritten note """"None payment on property- notice of intent to lein on property"""". Besides the obvious mistakes in grammar and spelling, imagine the audacity of treating a customer like this after 7 days of """"past due"""" status. I call the woman Rene who said she had been calling me every day that week. I checkied my caller ID and not one call from her number. This is a joke of a company so buyer beware.

My wife needed hot/cold lines and a drain for her hair studio. Had another plumber come out and he said the problem was not the water lines but the drain. He said he would have to cut into the monolithic slab which would be labor intensive and costly. Called Pipe-Right Plumbing, Inc. and Buddy came out to give an estimate. He gave us the option of using a basement pump for the drain instead of cutting the slab. Buddy and two others came out the did the job in one day. It works great. Buddy came out a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. Would not hesitate to use them again when the need arises.
