Kenny and Willem came out this week to fix our underground downspout that was not draining correctly. We initially thought we needed hydrojetting, but they scoped it first and found we just needed to re-grade the pipe. I got a number of quotes and Sam's quote was the most fair. They also reassured me they would not need to dig up the concrete pathway, whereas others said the would need to. After I told them I wanted to proceed, they were out the next morning. I was super happy with their service and will definitely be recommending them!

Absolutely amazed. I am a very picky person, I'd never say that I'm cheap, but I do enjoy saving money when I may. Because I do give credence to value for what it's worth-quality over quantity-the price is good/fair. When it comes to the functionality of my essential plumbing and general maintenance, I just want/need things to work and have a decent lifespan thereafter, like anyone would!
Pipe Right did an astounding job when when my entire sewer needed major repair. I'm not a dumb woman and know basic handy work, but I was lost as what to do. A friend told me to call up Pipe Right. Holy hell, I ended up needing a whole sewer replaced. I did my research, as I do, beforehand and was pleased to find that the end price was fair and the work was impeccable. Willem and Kenny did great work. Professional and courteous, to boot.

Sometime later I had ran into the need for a tankless water heater. I panicked a little and called up Pipe right. They were able to accommodate.
""Sam"" came out and installed everything I needed. His patience and expertise were so assuring as I know little of the subject. He made me feel comfortable and respected. But let me add- he wasn't just a good worker- he was good looking, too! ;)

If you're looking for lasting work and a fair price point, consider Pipe right. I won't go elsewhere. Very pleased with my overall experience.

Sam and his team completely replumbed my house in four days. They worked extremely clean and did a beautiful job. I cannot express how grateful I am for their professionalism and willingness to work with the client. I've used other plumbing companies before but Sam and his team are

I had a sewer blockage issue which Sam & Kenny fixed by installing a clean out and doing a hydro jet etc. This was done immediately after calling them and for a fair price . But since then I have had 2 problems:
a) The hole that they dug was filled up after a couple of days but it was a pretty average job. We cannot tell where the clean out opening is unless we remove some more mud
b) They said that they applied for a permit and got it approved but they are not sharing the permit with me. It has been two weeks since they finished the work but I am getting no useful response from Sam. Only response I got from Sam is that their office guy is out of town. Sam is not picking up my calls also. I now doubt if they have even applied for a permit or finished the work without permit, which is a risk for my property. Beware of this when you book them.

So, while I was initially impressed with the quick turnaround and fair price, I am disappointed that they are not finishing the rest of the promised things and more importantly not responding to my calls. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional attitude to avoid calls from customer.

Sam did a great job replacing old pipe to new. Other companies wanted to go by hour, and I prefer a bid. Sam's price is great! I attach the before and after pics.

We hired Pipe Right for clearing a bathtub drain. They responded very quickly and provided the best price on the market. Scheduled directly with the resident. We are so glad we found Pipe Right. Sam and Kenny did such a great job, we will only call them from now on. We needed the drain pipes under the slab dug up and replaced and they also fixed our sewer pipe that needed it too. They didn't try to sell us on extra things, just gave an honest opinion of what needed to be done and what could wait, but we figured why wait and did it all at once.

They were very reasonably priced. We had a portion of the pipe replaced by someone else a couple years ago and that was almost as much as the whole replacement that Sam did. They got started right away and Sam even came on Saturday of a long holiday weekend to finish the job and not leave it unfinished for the weekend.

We are very pleased with the end result. They were very professional and nice, and we can't recommend them enough.

Our sewer backed up and we thought our septic was in trouble, though we had just pumped it out 2 weeks ago.. We troubleshoot the problem and we figure we might have a clog between the house and the septic tank. Sam was able to send Kenny out early next day to inspect it so they can provide an accurate bid to fix the issue. While snaking the camera in, Kenny manage to unblock the clog at the same time, saving us the time to resolve. We opened up the septic tanks and made sure water is flowing normally before we call it good. I am very happy that Pipe Right plumbing perform due diligence before charging customers an arm and a leg just to diagnose a problem which does not include fixing it. Price to fix was fair and does not differ much from those who wanted to charge xtra for diagnostic first, so it make sense to just have Pipe Right do the work right there and then. Will definitely reach out to Pipe Right for our future plumbing needs!

I had several companies come out to give me an estimate on re-piping in my crawl space due to overflowing water in the laundry room and Pipe Right Plumbing gave me the best estimate out of the several companies that quoted me. Efran came out to do the job and had my pipes replaced in as little as a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and walked me thru what he did. I commend him for doing an absolute amazing job! He even cleaned up the area real well. No wonder this company has 5 stars. I will for sure be giving my business to Pipe Right Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.
