I was selling my home (built in 1960) and the buyer discovered great challenges and potential cracks in the old underground drain pipes that feed into the septic system. I learned that this could leak and cause all that nasty waste to get trapped under the home and erode the foundation and cause cracks in the floor. Could be huge health and structural issue for everyone. I searched the Web, saw videos and called 4 different companies. One company said to replace ALL the pipes below the house (to be sure) and presented a HUGE quote for that service. THEN we called PRS and was blown away by the time they spent educating us, scheduling inspections, providing affordable solutions, having a 10 YEAR WARRANTEE, and providing transparency and honesty. They came out (on time) inspected the issues, provided a price less than the first quote, scheduled the repairs and I couldn't be more impressed with their quality professionalism. In Florida its often hard to find this kind of quality. My home is in Lake Placid Florida and now my buyer is happy. Simply put, just hire these people and sleep soundly. IM SO DANG HAPPY.... These guys are the BEST. From start to finish: excellent communication, clean, respectful of property, on time...the list goes on. From the get-go everyone from the scheduler to the project manager to the guys who did the work, all of them personified the word professionalism. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive but definitely worth the money!

Very recently - it finished within the last three days, in fact - we at Second Bayshore Condominiums, which is managed by Casey Management, underwent a pipe restoration project in which the subcontractor was Pipe Restoration Solutions (""""PRS""""). Although there was one delay in another building (I live in building """"K""""), this project went far more smoothly than expected. Whereas I and my wife had expected that our water would be shut off between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM for a full week - and that PRS technicians would require entrance into our condominiums to do some interior plumbing work - and that such interior work could involve damage to our condominium - none of that happened. Since most of the PRS work involved underground techniques and work on the roof, none of the above happened. The ONLY time we were inconvenienced was one day for only four hours - and that was it. We were able to lead normal lives during the entire project. Totally amazing! Great job, PRS - and its hands-on General Manager Ashley Boltz! Take a bow, everyone at PRS! BOTTOM LINE: I highly recommend using PRS for all your plumbing and pipe restoration needs.
