If you or anyone you know is thinking of hiring PRS for any and pipe restoration repair or ...think again and do your homework before hiring them. The worst problem is not being professional enough to do the job ""right"" the first time. In general they have a disorganized, inconsistent attitude and lack of planning and to top it, lack of respect for your time. They will tell you at 9:30 and show up at 2 pm. They know they need extra parts the day before a job, but don't pick them up until after the job is supposed to start. These are just a few of the aggravations that we have experienced via HOA hiring PRS . The bigger the job the more hurdles to jump.
The crew has a "" fraternity"" attitude, with apparent 2 hour lunches. Once they do start to work , they use a lot of equipment, and often they leave strewn around. One good thing about them , they are cordial and do not argue, yes they try to explain what they are doing. But it does not mean that the job will be done when it is promised or done right the first time.
Before starting the pluming job take lots of pictures of how it all looked before PRS started doing the work. Specially reconnecting and reinstalling the drain pipes under a kitchen sink for example , in our case PRS claims that the botched 6"" hole they made for a 2"" pipe, was like that when they started to reconnect the pipes. NOT ! We showed them the rest of the plumbing done in our house and all the holes for the pipes were properly cut to the size each pipe. Compare and read reviews of other pipe restoration companies before PRS !
