His name is Otto. my friend had him use her own 20 amp. gfi outlet. He installed it wrong. He left without testing it. She has called him many times. He tells her he'll be there and b
he never shows up. Their company reminds me of the three stooges,except they're not funny. My friend is practically in tears that this guy took her money and he won't return her calls.

I contacted Otto on March 28 to have him bid on the drain waste vent installation for my new construction. Otto came out the following day. He gave me a bid on the spot. He offered a fair price. He recognized me for my military service and I had a good vibe about him so I accepted his proposal on the spot. I had appointments scheduled with two additional plumbers that I cancelled upon accepting Otto's proposal. Otto agreed to complete the work the week of March 31. After not hearing from him, I followed up on April 3 and again on April 6. On April 7, he responded committing to be out first thing in the morning on April 8. I'm 128 miles round trip from the build site. I was available before the sun came up. Otto did not show up or contact me. After finally reaching him, he promised to be out by 11:30. One of his workers showed up by himself at 4:30 PM and said the job was too big for just him alone. He left saying he and Otto would be back out the following Friday. It is near the end of May and Otto continues to string me along with false commitments. It is clear now that he has no intention of following through with our contract. The damage this has caused me from cascading delays is far reaching.

Worst plumber experience ever. I specifically told him to bring the bugger heavy duty snake because I used an electric snake and it didn't do the job. He came with the same snake I have and didn't do anything. I told him bring the bigger snake because I know as soon as I start laundry it will back up again. He said ""no don't worry about it. It should be fine now"". Guess what, the minute I started laundry, my sewer backed up. I asked him to come do what I asked him to do initially but he wanted to charge me again. I asked him for a refund, he refused. I will sue him. Stay away from this person who doesn't know what he is doing and seems too lazy to bring the proper equipment.
On google reviews he responded to my review saying ""i forgot to mention that I hoped he loses his business "". Yes I hope he loses his businesses so he doesn't harm more people like he did to me. He also forgot to mention that I told him to at least go through the trap with the weak snake he brought because that's where the problem was but he was too lazy to even do that.

Thanks for all the problems you should be band for doing any home repairs, Definitely don't hire him if you want your problems done right, he will lie to you and never make the job right that you paid for big mistake hiring him

Probably good- however, I contacted pipe & power weeks in advance & followed up days in advance - then no show & no call/text that he wasn't able to preform the work, I was left scrambling to find someone else. If u hire have a backup
