Got back from my holiday travels last week and the next morning I hear a loud vibrating noise coming from my water heater. The last time I heard that noise from my previous water heater ...a bad leak occurred a few days later and caused a minor flood. So that old heater needed to be replaced. I called Victor from Pipe Patrol who did the replacement and install and he was able to come by the same day..which happened to be a Sunday. Was very appreciative of him stopping by so quickly especially it being a weekend. Issue had nothing to do with their install, but happened to be a worn out part. Victor and his team member fixed the issue in a timely manner. Appreciate the great service from Victor and Pipe Patrol. Will be calling the for any future plumbing work.

Very satisfied with the work completed by Victor. He took the time to fix one of the pipes that was damaged. He was easy to talk to, very educated and knowledgeable in understanding what the issue was and suggesting what should be done.
