What can I say? These pipe monkeys saved the day fixing my main sewer line and $700 I was overcharged by an incompetent plumbing company I initially called solely because they were close by. Never again. Pipe Monkeys are where it's at!

The Pipe Monkeys team was great from start to finish. First, they responded to my message right away with an accurate quote, and they gave me an appointment for the next morning (it wasn't an emergency issue, so that was fine). The next day, Kirk kept me informed about his arrival time; when he did get to my apartment, he was helpful and informative. He quickly figured out the source of the leak, went back out to buy some needed parts, and returned promptly to finish fixing it. There were multiple payment options, and paying was easy. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Wanted to do some tree roots maintenance before my lines get backed up.

Called pipe monkey and Curt (Kurt?) Picked up after 4-5 rings. Very courteous and professional, was able to schedule me for next day morning.

Nick, nice young man called half a hour ahead of our appointment time and informed me he would be about 15 mins late which was totally acceptable and professional.

Came. 25 mins of rooting and he's out.

Only complain? I was quoted $175-$225 (which is already on the High side) and I figured a 20 minutes maintenance job would land me at $175.... but I was actually billed $200. It was a bit much for just rooting Maintenance. Locals charge between $125-150.... and does about a good solid 30 minutes worth of cleaning.

But for professional, courteous and quick service? I guess paying a bit more is worth it if you can afford it.

They responded quickly to my Yelp request with a fair quote. The plumber came on time yesterday and began disassembling the old vanity and sink. Because the Amazon faucet I ordered was delayed in shipping I ran out to several plumbing supply stores to get a replacement. By the time I returned he had the new vanity in place but hadn't cleaned the area under the old vanity. Too late at that point. He attached the marble top without understanding that the sink was an undermount type. He had to disassemble and remount. I had to go out and get a ball slide for the faucet stopper because the mechanism would not reach the drain. He had to install two extension pipes which added an additional cost of over $100. I did not question any of this because I did not have enough time to watch him work and care for my spouse with Alzheimer's. After he left I noticed there were leaks on both hot and cold water lines at the turn off joint. I called and left a message on his number and have not heard back. This morning I discovered he actually mounted the sink backward accounting for the additional pipes! Bad work!


Follow up review. The owner Kirk called me and immediately set up an appt to come at 11am. He totally fixed the problems and was very apologetic. I appreciated his explanations and courtesy. In fact I am using him to install my new toilet and bidet. Great work!

Very fast, timely, respectful and knowledgeable. Mainline had a sewage block and technician was able to come within 1 hour and resolve the issue within 1 hour. Also showed me how to resolve this myself if it happens again.

The price was very fair, would recommend to friends and family.
