We had a new washer and dryer installed and was told the cold water line was leaking, so we called Pipe Monkey. They were very professional and friendly. The plumber wore a mask and had booties on his shoes. What impressed me most was how they finished the project. Besides cleaning up, they also covered the area they worked to make it look good and allow easy access if necessary in the future. I will be calling them again!

Had previously used this service on a monthly fee basis, but discontinued it due to the cost. When I called them with an acute plumbing need, I was put off several days and not even allowed to book and hold that appointment - after I said I was going to see if I could find someone to come out sooner.
Their website touts 24/7 availability, but they are all about getting you to sign up for their monthly maintenance plan. If you don't, they will not be able to help you in a timely manner.
