We called Pipe Masters due to a leak in our downstairs bathroom. Being new to the area, we called a few plumbers and Pipe Masters was the most responsive. Mario came out as quickly as he could and fixed the issue.

After that, we had Mario price up some structural issues to our plumbing (replacing PRV, corroded pipes, installing a Smart Moen Flo, etc.) These were fairly complex and required us to turn the water off at the Utility level - no easy feet to coordinate it all! Pipe Masters was great and flexible with the process to make sure we had minimal downtime.

Definitely give them a try. We used them for small and large issues and couldn't have been happier with the work. Prices were more than fair, especially when bundling a few projects at once.

Our water heater started leaking shortly after we moved into our new home.
I contacted a few plumbers via yelp. Mario was one of three who replied and the only one who came to the house to check that the water heater was indeed dying and to provide us with an accurate quote.

We had a power vented gas water heater and it would have been simple to just replace it with the same thing. This is what all plumbers including Mario suggested.
Somehow I convinced myself to get a heat pump electric water heater instead. Mario was very responsive and provided me with all the info I requested regarding the different types of water heaters he could install.

He managed all aspects of the installation including hiring a licensed electrician and filing the permits.

As other reviewers have pointed out, Mario is very friendly but also very professional. From my recent experience with various contractors, this combination is not all that frequent. Hopefully, I won't have another emergency but if I do I will call him.

I had a leaky kitchen sink faucet. I reached out to several plumbers. Mario replied very quickly. I explained the problem. He provided a price quote and was very flexible to schedule a service appointment. He arrived on time. He kept his work area very neat and completed the project in the same day. Very happy with the service, Mario is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that without asking he and his assistant made sure they wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean and wore masks. During our initial appointment he assessed the issue and provided a few options for how to move forward with no pressure which I appreciated. The day of the work they installed our new toilet quickly and didn't leave any mess.

Beyond pleased with Mario and his partner!
Let me start with a few points:
1. Consulting with Mario not only did I receive a quick response but a clear, thorough consultation. He gave me a great quote and worked with my schedule.
2. Prior to the appointment I had to cancel and reschedule due to an emergency however Mario was very understanding and rescheduled with me right away.
3. Day of appointment, Mario and his partner showed up on time and wore their mask, covered their boots prior to walking in. (I'm usually flexible and don't mind but seeing them take the initiative to do so is great)
4. Mario and his partner completed the job and installed my new water system while answering my questions and informing me with additional instructions on how to maintain my new system.
5. Lastly, I'm not handy at all but Mario made me feel very comfortable and offered his services anytime I had any problems!

Had a plumbing emergency in the week before Christmas. Based on the great reviews Mario already has here we gave him a call. He was able to come over on the same day which was great as we had to turn off the water in the house due to a leaking copper pipe. Mario looked at the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was a total lifesaver. I couldn't have been more satisfied. His friendly attitude is backed up by his abilities and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Had an emergency this morning Mario came over promptly as promised extremely personable and professional. Had his mask and booties on fixed my issue rather quickly with no extra surprises.
