I had a problem with my toilet running. I just had this fixed last August with a different plumber when I had a flood in my bathroom. That guy had to come twice, because it wasn't fixed right the first time. So, this time I tried someone new. Mario was very professional, reliable and didn't take advantage of a senior on a fixed income. He fixed the problem! I will definitely use his services again for any plumbing issues!

While there is never a good time to have plumbing issues, a holiday weekend is the worse. Found Pipe Masters and Mario in a search and not only had an immediate response, but Mario was here within a few hours. Not only that, but he called twice to let us know he was running a little late. Our issue was more extensive than what he was prepared for, but showed his professionalism by not charging for what he did, but only for what he'd need to do and came back the next morning. Again, running just 15 minutes later, he called to let us know. He totally resolved the issue, did it cleanly, and totally wiped down everything when he was done. If you're looking for a considerate, caring, and professional partner, Mario and Pipe Masters are at your service!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Mario is amazing!!! He literally saved our Christmas. We had a major clog that was leaking into a downstairs bathroom and within 30 minutes of putting in a request on yelp for a call back, he called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (today-Christmas Eve!!). He worked on the bathroom from the morning until the mid-afternoon. He fixed the issue and was reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again if we have a plumbing issue. Please, if you need a trustworthy plumber, please call Mario.

I was quoted $1,100 to have a sink and faucet replaced after a home visit. Neither the sink nor faucet was unique to have such a high priced amount for installation. Minor pipe cutting was needed as the depth of the new sink was a few inches longer. After speaking to another plumber he was baffled at the price as well. Needless to say I got the job done at a fraction of Pipe Masters cost.

We called Pipe Masters due to a leak in our downstairs bathroom. Being new to the area, we called a few plumbers and Pipe Masters was the most responsive. Mario came out as quickly as he could and fixed the issue.

After that, we had Mario price up some structural issues to our plumbing (replacing PRV, corroded pipes, installing a Smart Moen Flo, etc.) These were fairly complex and required us to turn the water off at the Utility level - no easy feet to coordinate it all! Pipe Masters was great and flexible with the process to make sure we had minimal downtime.

Definitely give them a try. We used them for small and large issues and couldn't have been happier with the work. Prices were more than fair, especially when bundling a few projects at once.
