The leaking pipe under our kitchen sink turned out to be a bigger job then we thought. I am so glad we decided to go with Pipe Masters they made everything so easy from scheduling an appointment on their very informative website to email confirmations to text message when the technicians were on their way. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable in answering all my questions as I know nothing about plumbing. Besides completely getting into the cabinet under the kitchen sink, small excavation and stopping the leak everyone I spoke to at Pipe Masters, including Pili in the office, has shown outstanding customer service which made all the difference to me. Had a toilet that was flushing super slow. Reached out via yelp 9PM, was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at 8 for 1 in the afternoon, and to my luck their technician was able to come in 2 hours earlier than expected! Toilet issue was able to be resolved although I was recommended to get a camera inspection done if the problems continues to persist. Everyone I was in contact with was super helpful, informative, and professional.

I would definitely recommend Pipemasters. It was easy to set up an appointment and they sent confirmation texts/emails to confirm their arrival time. They also provided a video recording of the inspection which was really helpful.

Prompt, professional, and honest. Will definitely use them and always recommend. At first it looked like we only needed to unclog and service the disposal but Isaiah took the time and found that the disposal was defective. If he didn't take the extra time to test it then we would've had a major leak eventually. Solid service.

I contacted Pipe Masters through Yelp on a Saturday and got a response first thing Monday morning. I was able to upload photos through Yelp but they asked for a video by text to confirm the problem they were suspecting. They had someone out to our condo that afternoon to confirm their assessment and fix our dripping shower faucet, and they picked up the new faucet so I didn't have to deal with it. I was very impressed with the pre-service call that detailed COVID protocols, which frankly, were more important to me than the service. My feeling is that licensed plumbers can probably all do what I needed well and quickly with the same level of quality. During these times, I appreciated how proactive they were with COVID protocols: they asked me to wear a mask, said their service people would wear masks, asked that I open the windows 5-minutes before their arrival for airflow. This was really important to me that they took these protocols as seriously as me and my family do. Overall, I appreciated the ease of contacting them, the fast response, an accurate and reasonable price, and how fast they were able to come. It wasn't an urgent issue, but was nice to have it fixed quickly. I also like that they have a website. Small thing, but it's clear they put as much work into their presentation as a modern business as they do into the plumbing work they do.

Found them on yelp and contacted them for a commercial job. They have very good communication and worked to keep us informed with each step. They also have invested in technology that makes the whole process easy. You can text them pictures of the problem so that they can be better prepared. They also provide updated pricing anytime things differ from the original quote so that you are not blindsided by the bill after. One thing i appreciated is not only do they do a great job but they are efficient. Our tech took the time to see what would be the best solution for us, that would also be cost effective. He could have just run the pipe so that it would be easier for him but he did what was best for us. I dont know how they compare pricewise to other people but their great customer service and the ease of the whole process discouraged me from rate shopping. I would call them again for future projects.

I Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing done.The 2 workers Ryan and Colby did an excellent job unclogging our 2 bath tube drain's.They used this jet pressure washer hose to shoot out the clogged pipes and everything went well.Mahalo for your guys service Pipe Masters
