My fiance and I recently purchased a home and it needed major plumbing work as we found out that there was a gap in between the sewer line of one of the bathrooms. I also wanted to install another water spigot on the other side of our house, fix a broken clean out cap, and fix 2 bathroom shower spigots. I looked desparately for a plumber on Yelp and the BBB. I called and emailed several companies and did not get any luck. When I got a call from Pipe Masters I was very happy that they could send someone the same day for free estimate of my plumbing problems. Later that day I see the Pipe Masters logo truck pull up and I meet George one of the plumbers of Pipe Masters and his co worker. I showed George all the plumbing issues I had around the house and he gave me tips of what needed to be fixed by my self and what they could do. That was helpful as it can save me $. The estimate was very reasonable and I agreed for them work on the house the following week. In the day of the plumbing fix George was prompt and on time and with another co worker, Cory?, to help him. They both worked very hard for the whole day to fix my gap in my sewer line and replace it with brand new pipes. They made a new water spout I wanted on the other side of the house and even helped me save more $ as George figured out I did not need a water regulator in my home as there was one already bc the water pressue was good around the home. Overall I really appreciate George and his coworkers as they worked very hard in a small crawl space under my home. George helped my save money and taught me ways to save in plumbing costs in the future. I appreciate the professionalism of George and all the workers of Pipe Masters. They are prompt with email and text updates and provided nicely presented estimates and invoices. I thought the IPad uses in the estimate and invoicing was nice, as Pope Masters is up to date with today's modern technology. Thank you Pipe Masters for coming to the rescue for my plumbing woes. I will definitely use Pipe Masters again in the future!

After a less than reassuring experience with Handy Andy I had Pipe Masters come in to figure out what was going on with my house. Yay George to the rescue. He is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Since he was here I also had him replace a bunch of hose bibs that have been bugging me for YEARS. As usual the front office support was excellent. We've been relying on Pipe Masters for all of our pipe /faucet / plumbing issues for 6 years now. Recently our toilet had been making weird noises and our faucet was leaky and loose. Pipe Masters did not disappoint today. Our lead technician was Bernard and he and his colleague were wonderful. They were on time, explained what was wrong in a way I could understand-- they even worked through the lunch hour to get the job done. I should add too that the office staff were so amazingly friendly, it made booking an appointment a breeze. We have two babies and very little time to do things around the house. They purchased a new kitchen faucet for us and installed it the same day! It looks terrific! If you are needing to resolve any pipe /faucet /plumbing issues, Pipe Masters are the only people you need to call!!

Hold onto your phones as this is going to be a LONG REVIEW! I held off on reviewing Pipe Master until the repairs was completed. So I had a leaking hot water sub meter in my condo ceiling on Friday September 6th, I had called 3 other companies suggested to me by the inhouse maintenance staff before calling Pipe Masters. All 3 companies suggested to me I had ended up leaving a message so after no luck with them I tried calling pipe masters and they answered my call! I was greeted by Arvin who was very professional and polite and after explaining my situation we had made an appointment for Monday the 9th which was their earliest date. After getting off the phone with Arvin I was given updates via text about my appointment date/time and who my technician would be coming to assess my problem. On the day of my initial assessment Arvin had called me earlier in the day to see if I wanted to push my appointment to an earlier time as my technician was available to check my condo out ahead of schedule, I kept my appointed time of 10am but I was very pleased that they had given me a call for the option to do things ahead of schedule. Anyways my technician George arrived on time was super friendly when greeting us and assessed my problem in no time but unfortunately was not able to do the repairs same day as the parts was not a normal stocked item, having done the assessment George had called me later that day having located the part which had to be special ordered. Having briefly ran through the cost of the repairs I him the OK to do so, I was later called by Arvin about 10 minutes after getting off the phone with George just to verify we gave the OK for him on ordering the parts as well as giving us the final cost for the repairs and ETA on parts arrival. Fast forward to Friday the 13th I was given a call again from Arvin mid day letting me know that the part had came in as expected, he was kind enough to let me know that they would be able to squeeze me in for repairs later that afternoon but was not able to do so since I was stuck at work... (show how great their customer service is in giving me options!) We ended up making an appointment for Monday the 16th from 2-4pm and again I received text notifications my of my appointment time/date. Once again I was kindly notified via text that George would be arrive around 3pm and sure enough he was on time, having arrived on time he greeted me at the door and wasted no time replacing the meter. Every so often he would call me over to show me the old part versus the new part just to touch bases with me as far as the repairs went. Once the repairs was done he waited for 20 minutes just to make sure that there was no longer any leaks once the hot water main valve was opened and pressure was present in the line, after giving it the once over he gave us the OK that everything was back up and running! Yay hot water! George then broke down the warranty period and filled us in on any questions we had for him and just like that made me and the wife a happy NEW customer of Pipe Masters! The team at pipe masters from Arvin to George has made us feel confident in recommending them as well as using them for any future repairs! Highly satisfied customer! *Disclaimer* I don't know the going rate for plumbing repairs all I know is that it can get expensive! but seeing that they was the only one to answer their phones from day 1 of my dilemma my business goes to PIPE MASTERS! The other 3 companies I had left messages had finally called me back mid week but pipe masters had already assessed the issue, and when you have a water leak time is of the essence! Granted my leak wasn't too bad yet and pipe master was there first they got my business, and even if the other 3 companies had gotten back to me I was not willing to potentially pay another fee for them to assess and quote me on the repairs. The early bird gets the worm!

Pipemasters was awesome! From the very beginning, Arvo was kind, attentive and responsive to my calls. Then Justin Followed up the next day to go over quotes and their flat fee per issue service. And then George, our pipemaster, was truly awesome. He helped me understand in a way that I could comprehend and made me feel like comfortable with the work we needed to get done. They gave us discounts on the multiple services we had and then gave a quotes for the larger issues we need to deal with. All in all, I really liked all of them from the very beginning and I probably won't use another plumber moving forward. Thank you pipemasters!

We had a really scary wake up call 11 days after getting the keys to our new house in Wahiawa. The toilets wouldn't flush and there was a backup of something disgusting in both bathtubs - which really looked like (and was confirmed to be) sewage backing up out of the sewer main line. Nothing was disclosed by the sellers, and all of the toilets and tubs, sinks etc. worked throughout our inspections, so we were perplexed and scared. Turns out we had reason to be. After 4 separate plumbers, including Pipe Masters, independently verified with 3 camera inspections that the entire sewer main needed to be either replaced or ""rehabilitated"" QUICKLY, it became obvious we would need to come up with serious $$ to take care of something below ground that was totally unexpected. My husband and I both had our own versions of a meltdown. To get to the point, Pipe Masters charged us to do the initial hydrojet and camera inspection, and it wasn't cheap. But they explained very clearly how they would do it, what they were looking for, and managed our expectations throughout. We ended up needing to come up with a lot of money for a big re-coating job of the entire sewer main line, but Arvin, Jason, and Bernard did such an AMAZING job of making the experience as easy and painless as possible. The other companies quoted us far more, and it did not feel like they gave us enough explanation about exactly what they were going to do. Every single step with Pipe Masters was professional, prompt, and clear. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering pipe re-coating, re-lining, or really anything to do with their pipes. These guys are legit, they are honest, and they were the least expensive bid that we got. Thank you Pipe Masters.

On 02.21.19 at 5:42pm at the corner of Queen St & Ward Ave Your damn driver was attempting to make a Right Turn from Queen St onto Ward Ave. The Traffic light was RED for your driver. I was in the MARKED CROSS WALK and as I crossed I made eye contact with your driver. He waved me on to walk in front of his van HOWEVER I HAD NOT CLEARED THE CROSS WALK AND HE STEPPED ONTHE GAS AND ALMOST HIT ME!! I YELLED AT HIM THRU THE PASSENGER WINDOW AND HE STOPPED. Then when I was on the sidewalk he took off. The parking lot security guard at the American Savings Bank witnessed the whole incident and told me to call your office. I have made two attempts to speak to someone and have left messages. You need to educate your drivers on being aware of pedestrian safty
