Found them on yelp and contacted them for a commercial job. They have very good communication and worked to keep us informed with each step. They also have invested in technology that makes the whole process easy. You can text them pictures of the problem so that they can be better prepared. They also provide updated pricing anytime things differ from the original quote so that you are not blindsided by the bill after. One thing i appreciated is not only do they do a great job but they are efficient. Our tech took the time to see what would be the best solution for us, that would also be cost effective. He could have just run the pipe so that it would be easier for him but he did what was best for us. I dont know how they compare pricewise to other people but their great customer service and the ease of the whole process discouraged me from rate shopping. I would call them again for future projects.

I Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing done.The 2 workers Ryan and Colby did an excellent job unclogging our 2 bath tube drain's.They used this jet pressure washer hose to shoot out the clogged pipes and everything went well.Mahalo for your guys service Pipe Masters

I recently have used PM for the community I manage. They are the go to ones that come for clogs etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they will advise the homeowner on what needs to be done and what they will be doing step by step. I always appreciate them on helping our situation in a quick manner.

Yesterday my water heater started leaking out of the bottom of the machine and onto my laundry room floor. I had no idea what was wrong with it and was worried about flooding. I sent a Yelp request to several plumbers for immediate assistance. Arvin at Pipe Masters replied right away and within the hour we were on the line talking through everything. I sent Arvin a video of my machine and the leak. He explained to me what he thought was happening, and given that my machine was 20+ years old, he recommended I consider replacing it. He asked about the physical space where the water heater was housed, what my heating needs were, etc. I really appreciated his pertinent questions and also that he answered all of my questions. This morning (the next day), technician Ryan came to my house to do an in person assessment and to take measurements prior to installation. After talking me through the final details, he began draining the old heater, and left to grab the new heater and was back within the hour installing it. Ryan's work was excellent bar none. He was polite and tidy. How/where he installed the new water heater was professional and looked nice. And there was no damage done to my house during the installation. I am always worried about that sort of thing, which can happen when people do work in or around your house. This afternoon (after the installation was done and Ryan left), Arvin called me to ask if the work was done to my satisfaction and if I had any questions. Who does that nowadays...it was much appreciated. He also emailed me a final itemized receipt, photos of the job and details about the warranty. I am so grateful for and impressed by the professional and caring work here. Mahalo nui Pipe Masters. Really appreciate your support.

Highly recommend this company. First of all their customer service is exceptional, and they notify you when they are on their way and who the technician is that's arriving. On top of that you can actually track the vehicle! So no guess work on their arrival time. I've already used them twice for different jobs. One was to replace sections of galvanized piping, the other was to replace a PRV and a couple of main valves. After the technician was done, his supervisor would facetime with him and walk him thru the work to make sure nothing was missed (which is great for avoiding mistakes/leaks/follow-ups). Yes, their prices may be a little on the high end, but there was no ""surprise"" costs (for both jobs) which you will most likely see with the cheaper guys. If anyone who's called a plumber before, this happens a LOT. Bottom line: If you want good communication, great customer service and most importantly quality work, then this is the place to call.

I guarantee! High integrity , timely, straightforward and professional! No scamming or trying to add additional work to fix your issue. They are Looking out for the customer best interest! Izaiah came diagnosed the various causes and recommended a course of action without doing major cut outs of the wall and ceilings. He took care of the back up toilet and test, test to ensure that water was no longer leaking. Izaiah is definitely a positive asset to the Pipe Master team! I am also impressed with their Covid-19 protocols , text messaging and emails communications. The team members answering the phone was professional and courtesy. Very professional and great customer service from the office to the field. Excellent work with state of the art equipment. I had a couple of plumbers come out to address my shower and toilet backing up. One company had to come twice because it wasn't fixed after snaking it and finally said he couldn't fix the problem. Pipe Masters came out found the clog and addressed the problem. I highly recommend their service!!!!
