Charles W.This company endangered the safety of my family and our home. We hired them to upgrade some natural gas plumbing in our basement on 5/8/2018. They also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and relocated a water filter. Several hours after they were paid and left, my son detected an odor of natural gas. Feeling it was lingering gas from the abandoned gas line, we vented the basement using the bathroom fan. The odor only got worse. I called the office, it was closed and the voicemail was full. I checked their website and it did not list an emergency phone number! I had no choice but to contact WE Energies our utility company. They dispatched an emergency technician to our home. He found 4 MAJOR leaks, tagged them and locked our meter. It is now 24 hours later, we cannot bathe/shower, cook, wash dishes and wash and dry our clothes. During the work, a ceiling tile was broken that they ignored to tell us about and the ceiling tiles that were moved to gain access to complete the work were not put back in place. Totally unsafe, unprofessional work. And, I was never provided a contract or a receipt upon completion of the work. All I have is an emailed estimate. The plumber came back this morning to rectify the leaks but they cannot be confirmed until the utility company unlocks the meter. You can't make stuff like this up!!
