Pipe Renewal. Founded on January 1, 2004, Pipe Lining Supply (PLS) was created by Linda Heisler. Her main goal was to focus on the CIPP sector in California. She identified a gap for reasonably priced supplies and outstanding customer care, In 2006, her husband John Heisler became part of the company, contributing vast knowledge in CIPP Lateral Lining, Pipe Bursting, HDD, Pipe Coating, Sewage Lining, Open Cut and Cover, and Water and Sewer Utility operations. Throughout the last 15 years, Pipe Lining Supply has developed into a successful enterprise, positioning itself as an industry leader with a passion for ongoing growth and innovation.
