Pipe Coating. Pipe Lining Supply (PLS) was established on January 1, 2004 by Linda Heisler. Her vision centered on the CIPP industry in California. She saw an opportunity to provide cost-effective materials and superior service. Two years later, her husband John Heisler joined the team, bringing extensive industry expertise in areas such as CIPP Lateral Lining, Pipe Bursting, HDD, Pipe Coating, Sewage Lining, Open Cut and Cover, and Water and Sewer Utility work. In the past 15 years, Pipe Lining Supply has grown into a prominent player in the industry, dedicated to evolving and thriving in a competitive market.
