Went outside to cover my faucet before the deep freeze only to find out I had an active water leak that was making a small ice rink near my house! After a verbal recommendation by a co worker I called Kevin at Pipeline at 6am! He put me at ease, quoted me a fair price and even gave me a 30.00 off coupon for being a new client! I was told they would be at my house between 2-4pm. At 1030am Marc called and asked if he could come early!!! Yes please!!!! Marc was polite, informative and thorough with the work!! I did not feel like I was taken to the cleaners!!! I find it hard to find good plumbers, electricians, etc but Pipeline renewed my faith that there are honest companies out there truly concerned for our families safety and our home!!! Thank you Kevin and Marc!!!! You have many new clients coming your way by my referrals!!!

10 stars! I seem to have problems with my main drain like every 6 months. I've had the bathtub back up halfway from drain clogs (luckily a tub and not a shower that has a smaller basin) a few times in the past year or so. So, I have some clog issues too often. I've had other plumbers come fix it, but the problem keeps coming back.

I saw good reviews for Pipe-Line and decided to give them a try (also, my past plumber was out of town).

Mark arrived the same day on time (I hope I remembered his name correctly) and did an awesome job! I'm not a plumbing expert of course, but, I've hired many and seen what they do. I can say Mark not only seemed way more knowledgeable than past plumbers I've worked with, but, also was very helpful, and, put up with me asking a lot of questions!

If you have plumbing issues, I recommend giving them a call!

Spent 3 hours to fix a minor pipe and a washer. Unfortunately, we were unable to monitor. Charged extra fees that was not quoted in the phone. Not trustworthy.

Just got some work done at my house by an employee named Marc. He was really professional, experienced, and did a wonderful job with everything I needed done. I got their number from a heating/air-conditioner guy I really trust and he guided me to the right plumbers. It's pretty hard to find good people so you really stick to the ones you can trust. I am very impressed with them.

Dear Friends and Families.. I wanted to share my feedback and experience with you w.r.t ""Pipe-Line Plumbing Services"".. I utilized many services company but never came across with such an unprofessional one. They are least bother about their customers and work. I got ready to pay them what they asked for but they were talking as if they are doing something free of cost. I strongly feel that we should respect people and not only do business (which I am sure they do not do as well). But I think this company does not believe on this..

So as a consumer and with your hard earned money at stake, think twice before taking any services from these guys.. Trust me, you will waste that money. I do not want anyone to go thru the similar experience like us.

I had problems with my sewer system backing up in my home so I called these guys for what I was hoping for a routine pipe clean out. I decided on Pipe-Line based on the Yelp and Google reviews.

Pro:
The guys were knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Unfortunately it turned out to be a much bigger issue (broken sewer line at the foundation). They also showed up on time! A great start based on some of the other reviews I've read. Also, the plumber I dealt with was nice and explained what the issue was.

Cons:
I felt that they were pushing me to make a decision fast on getting the services done. The work required digging down 7 feet and out about 4 feet from the home. The first quote was $5,800!! I said for that much, I had to do my diligence and call around for other quotes in the area and would get back to them. The plumber left to call his boss and came back with a revised quote of $4,500 ($1,300 difference) after a few minutes, and nothing within the scope of work changed! I smartly still decided to call at least one more plumber to do the work. I ended up having another plumber come out to do the exact same work for $3,500. I immediately lost trust in Pipe-Line and knew I wasn't going to use them after they revise the quote by $1,300 simply based on me telling them that I was going to do my diligence. In the end, the plumbers I had do the work were honest up front and didn't require any haggling, love those guys (Flush Plumbing).

Overall - I don't think Pipe-Line is a bad company as they were knowledgeable, the plumber was friendly and responded quickly. However, should you decide to call them on what might be a bigger problem, make sure you get at least one other quote as these guys are expensive!

I have only praises for Kevin from pipeline plumbing. He was wonderful to work with. He showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed our sink in record time. He definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend pipeline to anyone!

BEWARE DO NOT CALL!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy I spoke to, Jerry, is the biggest racist I have ever spoken to over the phone. When I asked if there was a charge for the guy to come out and take a look at my clog, his true colors came out. Because of my accent he said ""You Indians always do this."" He automatically assumed I was Indian and a cheap one at that. When I asked how he assumed I was Indian, he went on to say ""I'm an expert in human nature."" People like this need to be kicked off their high horse. How is he even doing business? Go back to watching Duck Dynasty. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. In fact I will tell people to avoid it at all costs. Save your money and give it to someone much more deserving. Plumbers are a dime a dozen. Find a nicer one.

Needed to call a pro after my shower became more bath than shower with a clogged drain. Tried every gimmick all the big box hardware stores sold, but the only thing they drained was my wallet.

Gave up and called pipe-line plumbing after a friend referred, and I was not disappointed. Drain was unclogged in about 45 min, and most of that time was spent dealing with the lid to the clean out (it was seized on and had to be cut out). They took the time to explain my archaic cast iron plumbing system down to a dummy level, and not only provided tips to prevent future clogs, but how to properly clear the drain on my own for future clogs since I'm an avid diy'er.

Fast service that was in and out, without a mess. Worth every buck, and haven't had a problem since.
