I've used Paul, and Pipe Kings, several times over 10 years now. All the work has been excellent, they've been on time, they've been professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I saw another review mention cost. Pipe Kings/Paul is NOT anymore expensive than any other experienced plumber or trade professional. You get what you pay for, IMHO. I (cheated) and used another plumber recently and felt like they were over-priced so I understand why someone might feel this way but, again, more often than not, you get what you pay for when it comes to the trade craft.

$136 just to come to our house- We thought we had a leaky sink but the pipe just needed to be threaded on correctly, so he took the pipe off put it back on and it was $136 !!!!! just to come to our house. It took him less than 30 minutes and that was with him having a whole conversation!!!!!!

Unbelievably prompt and meticulous service. Went from no ability to use kitchen sink, due to leak, to complete fuction. This, within one hour of when we first spoke. Highly recommend for courtesy and competence!

This company came highly recommended. Initially I also had a favorable impression, as the plumber seemed knowledgeable and efficient, even if he did charge $276 in labor (excluding parts) for 75 minutes of easy work. But then... /// I had three toilets with slow leak or refill issues. He fixed those. No complaints. /// I had four faucets with very slow drip issues. He told me that he had fixed three and that I would need a new 4th faucet - a $700 set. I called Kohler & they said they had 3 small, FREE parts that probably would do the trick. As it turned out, that faucet is fine, so I was told to spend a lot of money for nothing, and almost did. /// The other three faucets are NOT fixed. I called back and left a message but no one ever responded though they did hurriedly cash the check. Money down the drain, so to speak. /// A few things that just bugged me: a couple of the faucets weren't quite turned off; lights were left on; a toilet was used, w/o permission, and then was left unflushed. /// Oh, and while he was at my house, I asked for an estimate to get a tankless hot water heater. There are a lot of pipes to run and I have had estimates of $2,500-$5,000. His estimate came in at $8,000-10,000. /// My Conclusion: Pipe Kings are False Royalty.

Came out to repair jacuzzi. Opened access to motor by removing two large tiles. Spent 5 minutes sticking a monitor of some sort to ascertain that the motor was not receiving electricity. Gave me a card fo a recommended electrician, left (total time: 10 minutes (at most). Electrician never returned call after leaving 2 messages, tiles still not replaced. Billed recieved in a timely manner, $ 136.00.
