Rarely do I have the chance to meet an individual whom is both pleasant and professional--and I'd had just the chance with Juan, who came by today to replace my disposal as well as fix the high drain loop for my dishwasher.

More than just getting the job done, the emphasis is on getting the job done right and getting it done well. My man even went out of his way to purchase brackets so: 1. It would look better aesthetically. 2. It would work better practically.

Nightmare! The tech that they sent to fix our master shower faucet bent our pipes and left saying that he would return with a needed part. Did not return. Second tech/plumber came next day never disclosing to us then that he was the owner. We let him know of our concern that the first tech bent our pipe and the faucet now sat incorrectly. He put in a cartridge (the missing/needed part) but failed to grease it as is standard and necessary, which we discovered on Thanksgiving morning when the gaskets blew and the water could not be fully shut off. No water for 24 hours on Thanksgiving day. My husband called them repeated even before the blow out on Thanksgiving to please just fix what they broke. The offered a discount on a future bathroom remodel (which we don't even have scheduled)!! We just want them to fix what they broke/caused but, nope. They won't take or return a call and like others, they ended up costing us hundreds of dollars more due to bad work and an unethical work ethic. Go to their website and look at the one star reviews - we aren't the only ones with a problem with them and there is a definite pattern with the owner based on his responses - he is never to blame, it's always the customer. STEER CLEAR!!!

When you decide to do a small kitchen renovation...you want nothing but the best. I've wanted to work with Pipe It Up for about a year, but they are always so busy and booked (cause they are AMAZING) that I usually have to go with other plumbers. This time I called a couple of weeks ahead. And I'm glad I did. Juan was so awesome (even at 7am) that I actually smiled before my coffee. The 2 day job went perfect. And I'm extra happy that I now have MY PLUMBER....because this team is the best. Shout out to Victor who stood me up (inside joke).

I found Pipe It Up on Yelp as I frantically looked for a plumber to come out and check on a leak in the garage. Our main sewer line backed up to the point where we couldn't run any water or flush toilets without it flooding our basement. After calling 3 other companies Pipe It Up was the first one that would actually send someone out the same day (or at all due to COVID-19). Juan got here a couple hours later and got it all cleared out and cleaned up quickly. He also took the time to give my husband some tips on snaking the drain himself in the future. Super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
