We had a main water line break under our concrete and flooded our garage and kids bedroom. Dean came out to help us and after discovering what he thought was the problem, recommended to get a leak detector out to make sure. Instead of trying to make the most money off me as possible, he wanted to make sure he knew exactly where the leak was under the concrete. After giving me a great referral and pinpointing the leak, he was able to fix the problem. We now have water again! Dean was not only very talented at fixing our problem he was a lot of fun to joke around with during the repair. I couldn't recommend any higher, very thankful for his professionalism and help getting us water back in our home.

Jesus, just spoke to a man who is the owner of the business??? So rude! There was nobody answering the phone and once the phone went through, I was told """"don't call again and again!! we can't answer your call!"""". OMG, never heard anyone telling customers never call! Also their prices are outrageously expensive: $159 for installing a dishwasher? $139 for installing bathroom sink faucet? Wow, am I a gold mine he thinks??!!

Had a main / common line back up and flood the bathroom. Dean came that night, fixed the problem promptly. I'd certainly use them again. Had constant contact with them by mobile app which was very cool.

I contacted Pipe it Right Plumbing on Tuesday evening and they were available to come Wednesday morning. My toilet downstairs had been """"burping"""" bubbles for a week and on Tuesday, the toilet started overflowing and spitting up what looked like dirt and sand. I tried using a plunger to no avail, and finally the toilets upstairs began having issues. Dean from Pipe it Right came me a call letting me know he was thirty minutes away. Dean immediately got to work and found the culprit: a clogged sewer line. He showed me where roots were entering my sewer and promptly removed them. He let me know what steps to take to make sure it does not get clogged again, and what I needed to tell my townhome's HOA to see what they would cover. He even took photos with my digital camera to make sure I had photo evidence of the community's negligence while repairing the pipe in the past. To top it off, he gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend Pipe it Right to anyone looking for an honest plumber to take care of their plumbing needs!

Yesterday I asked the owner, my neighbor, to help me with making sure my toilet was not leaking around the base. He told me he would come over and re-set it with a new wax seal. He quoted me a price for the service, to which I agreed. He said he would be there this morning, March 28, 2015 at 9.00 AM. When he did not show by 10:00, I called and left a message on the answering machine asking what had happened and asking him to call me. It is now 7:00 PM and there has been no return call, yet he has been home all day. Not very professional.

Had an appointment to meet and the guy never showed up. I told him I would be driving 20 minutes to meet him and was time constrained and he said he would leave to meet me right away. I texted him and left a voice mail with no response until 1/2 hour later he texted and said he couldn't make it. If you can't even show up to quote the job, why would I trust you to DO the job?
