The team at Pipe-it-Right made the process easy from my initial meeting for a quote to the completed project. The quality of the work was fabulous. They said they could repipe both hot and cold in one day, and they did. No short cuts were taken. The drywall team they sent in textured my walls and stucco perfectly. Once I put fresh paint on, it was like we never had any work done. They were on time and kept my home as clean as possible for such a large project. The overall cost was very reasonable and no hidden charges. I would highly recommend Pipe-it-Right.

My sink ended up having an issue where water would not drain and would back up on both sides of the sink. I was referred to contact Albert. I explained my situation and he told me that he would be able to come out right away. Keep in mind this was a last minute call on a Saturday morning and he was willing to come right out. He was able to fix my issue and my sink was work again. The price of the repair was affordable. I definitely recommend using Pipe It Right. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely use them again.

We had a slab leak. I spoke to a few different plumbers and they were all over the board with their pricing. Albert at Pipe It Right said ""let me come over and take a look.""

Albert came up with a plan to repair the problem that didn't include breaking up the slab but instead, re-routed the pipes overhead.

Albert and his team started work that same day with the intent of completing the job in one day.

The team was confident, professional and respectful of our property, they even took off their boots whenever they had to go into a room that was carpeted.

They completed the job on-time and on-budget. The next time we're in need of a plumber, I won't think twice about who to call and you shouldn't either.

So far - great!!! I met with many plumbers before I proceeded with what I consider to be a major job Re-lining my underground pipes. Albert came out and took lots of time tracing my bizarrely laid out plumbing and explaining everything. He was able to provide multiple bids and options based on my budget and priorities. He came back to check on things and his team at the office was great too. Cynthia especially who was my main contact. I asked multiple questions which she facilitated getting answered. We were able to schedule promptly and they showed up when they said they would and did what they said. Those fellas worked HARD and long to get the job done in a couple days. If the job holds up (they provided a 3 year warranty), this will have been an EXCELLENT choice! I've got nothing but positive things to say at this point.

Not sure what happened. I scheduled an estimate 2 days from my initial call. The person I spoke to was very friendly. She even reached out to me by text to ask for my email after the initial call.

I was told someone would call me when the tech was on their way to my house. I never got a call. The arrival window was 2 hours. I called the office. No one answered. I sent a message via text. No one answered. The appt was on a Saturday afternoon when the business is typically closed, but I assumed they were doing estimates because that was the appointment time they gave me. I did not get a phone call, email or text the next day.

I rate 2 stars at least for the friendly customer service initially. It went downhill after that.

Too bad... I went with another company.

I had a pin hole leak at my San Diego property this last weekend. Albert and his crew found the leak and got right to business. I was able to find Albert through a family friend and I was not disappointed at all. Very highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. On time and very professional.

We had a main water line leak due to tree roots, and we needed it fixed ASAP. Albert contacted me in the morning and was able to come by within 30 minutes to asses the issue. He gave me an estimate, and said he could start immediately. With the help of his crew, they dug a new trench, installed new piping from the meter to the house, and had the water back on by early evening. Albert was very courteous, very responsive and kept us informed. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely be recommending Pipe It Right to our friends and family. Thanks again Albert!

We had a slab leak and we're without water. I had already received a quote for double the price from another plumbing company. I liked that Albert and staff were responsive, caring, professional. They got the job done in 1 day. 5 hard working guys who worked so well together. They finished at midnight. You can't find dedication like that anywhere. Anytime I've called them I hear back from somebody right away. Not only did they do a great job, they were quick and the price was reasonable.
