Update: The consistently wonderful Cynthia arranged for Luis to come back to my home, look at the damage, and clean most of the mess. To his credit, he was appalled at the lack of pride and care shown by the workers who did the drywall in my home. I have revised my rating up, because the company did make an effort to make it right. I can't give them 5 stars, however, because this should not have happened in the first place.

We used Pipe-It-Rite to solve a recurring under slab leak problem in our house. The work was done in 3 days. On the first long day the actual repipe was done. On the second day the county building inspector approved of the work and on the third day, a new set of workers came to patch the holes in our walls and ceiling. After the third day, there were a few items that still needed repair and Pipe-It-Right made good on all of them when we brought them to their attention.
Working with Office Manager Cynthia was a very positive experience. She listened to our concerns and went out of her way to please us. Also, Humberto worked tirelessly to finalize all the repairs. After the job was completed, we noticed that our hot water gets warmer faster and stays warmer longer. We are pleased with the job.

Albert and Ralph helped fixing a leak and loud noise coming from our water boiler. I asked for a help on Yelp, and they came right over to diagnose. They not only did a great job, but also were upfront with the cost and explained the process very well.

Had a gas leak right before Memorial Day weekend and SDGE had to come and shut off everything. Was able to contact Albert. He came out, gave an estimate, and was able to get a crew together to work on Memorial Day! Our whole gas line had to be replaced. He also fixed a water leak while they were under the house. We were so thankful for the quick response, hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Our bathroom drain had a massive leak and leaked onto the first floor. I called, and Cynthia was excellent. She is so lovely and had a plumber, Albert, out the next day. He found the crack drain pipe and replaced it within hours. He was also had great customer service, worked diligently, showed us the cracked drain after removal, explained where it was removed from on video in case we needed to submit an insurance claim. I have recommended him to our neighbors and will call him again should another leak arise.

Although I have had to call Albert and Pipe It Right a couple of times for some pretty intense slab leaks, I am so thankful that I did. This team was quick to be in home and get the repairs done before to much damage.
After our second repair, I had the Pipe It Right team do a complete re pipe of the house. Quick, thorough, and great communication on timing and scope of work. The patch team came in and house looks great again with renewed ease of mind to plumbing!
Cynthia in their office is always available and worked hard to ensure I was in know and confident with the work.

After an expensive pipe leak, we decided to have our 30 year old house repiped. Lou Ramirez & his crew did an awesome job with minimal inconvenience to our tenant. The majority of the work was completed in one day. They handled the permit, contacted the city for inspections, & followed up to make sure it was signed off. A repipe means lots of holes cut in drywall & stucco, but they did an excellent job with the repairs and it's virtually impossible to tell where the cuts were. Lou went above & beyond what was expected & installed a smoke detector & CO detector (our tenant had removed them) in order for the city to sign off on the job. We've trusted Lou to take care of our plumbing needs while we live 1200 miles away & he's done a wonderful job for us. He's competent, thorough, trust worthy & always quick to respond. We trust him
completely & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Pipe-it-Right sent out Lou who gave us an estimate on running a new main water line from the street to our house. The price was good and he came back the next day with a crew member. The job required running the pipe under several feet of brick work that we didn't want to disturb, across the front yard grass and under sidewalk. No problem. The job was done professionally and as scheduled. The sidewalk was hosed off and the sod in the front yard was replaced with care. On top of that, Lou and his crew knocked out the job on a hot day with smiles on their faces.
