We were initially assigned to this company through Re-Pipe specialists and they waited until one and a half days before the major project to send their foreman out to walk the property. He was annoyed to be there, told us he wasn't getting paid for this and proceeded to tell us we had to move appliances, entire rooms of furniture and if they weren't moved by 7:30 AM they wouldn't perform the job. They gave me such a bad feeling that I canceled the job. I did not feel comfortable when the foreman was hurried and annoyed even before he started the job.

From bid to job completion this company and employees have been exceptional. We had our entire house repiped. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. Easily passed the inspection process. They repaired all holes inside and out. The repair crew were very thorough about making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. We would highly recommend Pipe it Right.

What an amazing plumbing company from Cynthia's and Kelsie's outstanding customer service to Rafael's excellent knowledge and skills. Rafael showed up on time and was ready for the task at hand with a smile and terrific customer service skills. The entire job took approximately 2.5 hours, and I had a new shut-off valve, pressure regulator, and spigot, all American made products. The line was tested and cleared of air, and what a difference the newly installed components made. Anyone looking for quality plumbing at very competitive pricing and top shelf skill, expertise, and customer service must give Pipe it Right Plumbing a call! Update: The consistently wonderful Cynthia arranged for Luis to come back to my home, look at the damage, and clean most of the mess. To his credit, he was appalled at the lack of pride and care shown by the workers who did the drywall in my home. I have revised my rating up, because the company did make an effort to make it right. I can't give them 5 stars, however, because this should not have happened in the first place.

We used Pipe-It-Rite to solve a recurring under slab leak problem in our house. The work was done in 3 days. On the first long day the actual repipe was done. On the second day the county building inspector approved of the work and on the third day, a new set of workers came to patch the holes in our walls and ceiling. After the third day, there were a few items that still needed repair and Pipe-It-Right made good on all of them when we brought them to their attention.
Working with Office Manager Cynthia was a very positive experience. She listened to our concerns and went out of her way to please us. Also, Humberto worked tirelessly to finalize all the repairs. After the job was completed, we noticed that our hot water gets warmer faster and stays warmer longer. We are pleased with the job.

Albert and Ralph helped fixing a leak and loud noise coming from our water boiler. I asked for a help on Yelp, and they came right over to diagnose. They not only did a great job, but also were upfront with the cost and explained the process very well.

Had a gas leak right before Memorial Day weekend and SDGE had to come and shut off everything. Was able to contact Albert. He came out, gave an estimate, and was able to get a crew together to work on Memorial Day! Our whole gas line had to be replaced. He also fixed a water leak while they were under the house. We were so thankful for the quick response, hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Our bathroom drain had a massive leak and leaked onto the first floor. I called, and Cynthia was excellent. She is so lovely and had a plumber, Albert, out the next day. He found the crack drain pipe and replaced it within hours. He was also had great customer service, worked diligently, showed us the cracked drain after removal, explained where it was removed from on video in case we needed to submit an insurance claim. I have recommended him to our neighbors and will call him again should another leak arise.
