Great job installing a WATER SOFTENER on a well with iron. Prompt reply, excellent communications, professional workmanship. Phil has extensive experience with water softeners. He offered a clear explanation of what was needed to handle the iron. He explained how to size the system for maximum softening while accommodating the available pressure from my well, required for backwash recycling of the softener and iron filter.

He was very straightforward about the potential problems managing iron. The iron itself tends to foul valves. He explained how to monitor and avoid this. I have had previous water softener services that tended to over promise and minimize any future issues. This left me disappointed when the equipment had trouble.

Phil took the extra step of clearing some of my faucets that had restricted flow because of iron buildup.

The kitchen faucet of my rented house exploded. The only way we knew to stop it was to turn off the spigots under the sink, making the kitchen almost unusable. I called Pipe-It Plumbers at the recommendation of a friend who had used them and was very satisfied. I called and left a message and a repairman from the company was working in town and called me back. He came to the house and fixed the faucet, making a new one unnecessary. But parts were going to be wearing out and I wanted a new one to forestall any problems. He suggested I buy one myself and he would install it when he was back in my area. I bought a new faucet, called and he stopped back by the house on his way home and installed it. He couldn't have been nicer, more professional and helpful. I certainly would recommend this company and now know that plumbing problems are the least of my worries because I know whom to call.

Fantastic plumbers! While renovating my house which i recently bought, i came across some very stressful plumbing issues. Bugs, whom i was referred to by a dentist, was able to bring it up to code. Bugs is very good at his trade. He's an honest, courteous, and very professional man. My experience with this company has been nothing but great, especially since they basically came and rescued me when i was in a tight bind. I couldn't be more thankful.
