Had a leaky radiator valve in our baby's room that needed to be cut out and replaced. Vince and Tony had the job done quickly and professionally. They were polite, respectful, and friendly. They also offered some useful advice on a few other, non-urgent, plumbing concerns. Will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed. I used them twice before and they were good. This time I had a backed up drain and they couldn't come the day we scheduled. The next day was their Christmas party and Alex, the owner, was 2 hours late. I wasted a half vacation day. When he came he was in a rush , and instead of roto-rootering it he poured a strong sulfuric acid solution down the drain without asking, to get done quickly. It turns out I had a leak and now I have strong acid vapors in the house and a line full of strong acid. They only made a bad situation worse.

Came on the same day I called. At my home in a few short hours (on a Saturday no less) and completed the job. Friendly staff from on the phone, to the person who came over to check out the job to be performed and plumber. Price was also reasonable which was great considering I didn't know anyone and worried about being price gouged. Trustworthy and reliable.

Best darn plumber I've ever used. I have been using Pipe Fitters for 6 years now for my commercial building and for my home. Alex is honest and looks for solutions in the customers best interest. He also made sure I had heat on Christmas Day when it was discovered I had a gas leak and the gas company shut off my heater. I highly recommend them!

They scheduled 2 appointments to fix our gas fireplace. They never showed up and never called to let us know they wouldn't be coming. We scheduled a third appointment for a Wednesday. They showed up at 8AM on TUESDAY to fix the fireplace. I would never use these people again. They are too unreliable!
