Kevin seems to really know plumbing and is not high pressure when pointing out something that is wrong. He explains what he is doing and why. I felt his prices were competitive. After a horrible experience with Southwest Plumbing - Pipe Dreams was like a breath of fresh air.
He came in and got right down to solving my plumbing problem. I highly recommend Pipe Dreams for your plumbing needs.

Our neighbor recommended Pipe Dreams after having work done on their house. Kevin and team were outstanding; they were professional, kind, considerate and communicated well. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. We needed some work done for a complicated basement ADU, but Kevin was unphased. Kevin and his team were all extremely professional. I appreciated the transparency on pricing and his encyclopedic knowledge of all things plumbing. He took the time to explain multiple possible solutions to the pipework I needed done, did an efficient and meticulous job (even driving out to Olympia to pick up an obscure part so he could finish in the same day), and also pointed out some areas of aging pipes in another part of the basement to monitor. I intend to stick with Pipe Dreams for any future work and would enthusiastically recommend them to others.

I had my first experience with Kevin at Pipe Dreams in response to a leak in our shower/tub and the subsequent leak from the dining room ceiling/walls below it. Kevin came to see us promptly to determine the cause. In the course of his investigation he put us in contact with a water damage mitigation company the he trusted as I had no experience with this type of construction/destruction. Kevin found the leak and took care of it very efficiently. He even had some VERY helpful military programs to help us out with the bill, which is huge as insurance doesn't pay the plumbers bill. He and his apprentice were very careful about keeping the place clean and even helped with an unrelated problem with advice and checking my work to make sure I had fixed it properly.

Strongly recommend. Kevin Kamphler installed bathroom fixtures with minimum of calls. Kevin offered choices of products & made selections based on our conversations. All choices were excellent. Kevin also made repairs to 2 yr old faucet. When Kevin took in job he was timely with both immediate & follow up service

Kevin and his crew did a great job replacing my 20 year old water heater that when I had leaks under the house there was only one company that came to mind.

They upgraded my current plumbing system and pointed out a few issue that were not plumbing related to insure my house was in good working order.

It may not be fair to post a review for a service I haven't used, but to me customer service is part of a company's rating. Requested service and was told they are two weeks out for estimates. No problem. Said to text my info, done. No reply back. If you don't want to do the work, or can't, just so so. Don't leave a customer hanging. For a new business you'd think they'd take new clients more seriously.

I can't thank Kevin and his assistant enough for the work they did! They came out on a Monday afternoon and took care of two sink traps and some bathroom sink piping. Not only were they very quick and professional, they charged me well below the other estimates that I had gotten from some of the large national companies in the area. Will definitely recommend them to any of my friends that need plumbing work done in the future.
