This is the third time I've used Pipe Dreams Plumbing
and they came through again. Chance came out to survey the situation and set up the appointment with an estimate. CJ came out and did a great job completing the project and explaining The work that was done. Once again great job and I highly recommend Pipe Dreams.

I received notice from the water company that I had a meter constantly running, indicating a leak on my property. Had it checked out by my family plumber, and he diagnosed it down to a possible hot water line. My plumber recommended Pipe Dreams Plumbing to do the identification of where the leak was, as he didn't have that capability.

I called Pipe Dreams Plumbing the next morning (before they opened and left a voicemail). Owner Chance Vanek called me back that morning and came over that afternoon. He assessed the problem and gave an approximate estimate of project (and noted it could be more or less pending what they find).
They showed up the next morning right on time (they called that were on their way; nice!)

It was a detailed fix, requiring going under sinks, through walls and up in the attic to fix the hot water line leak. They were on time, clean efficient, and kept me apprised throughout the day of every step they were taking to fix.

The total price came in under quote.They were friendly, efficient, on time and neat.

I would recommend Pipe Dreams Plumbing to anyone.

They showed up when they said they would, were courteous and efficient, and changed out 3 water closets in less than 2 1/2 hours. They took the old water closets and the packaging for the new closets away. They cleaned up the floors and left everything in perfect condition.

The service was fairly priced. They also emphasized the 2 year service guarantee that comes with their service.

I have used pipe dreams to replace my kitchen faucet and was extremely happy with their service. They were punctual and honest and gave a fair price. I had a few leaks under the sinks and needed new shut offs installed. I read their reviews and WOW all great. The communication is top notch, Zach came this morning and BAM 10 new shut offs are done. Super quick and great job, cleaned up afterward. Also triple checked for leaks which is what happens when I mess with plumbing. These guys are absolutely fantastic. Yes just another 5 star review for them but they totally deserve it. Thanks guys!!!

Chance responded right away to my voicemail on a Saturday morning. We discussed the options, he gave us a price and we scheduled an appointment. Communication via text and emails was very good. Zack came out to do the repairs, verified the cost of the repairs up front and made sure we were okay with proceeding. He cleaned everything up afterward and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

It was honestly just such a pleasure to work with Chance and Zach last minute this morning when our water heater randomly decided to start leaking. I called and left a voicemail before hours and Chance called me back immediately when they'd opened. Super communicative, requesting images of the issue, giving a preliminary quote, and scheduling Zach to come out prepared to replace our water heater the same day. Zach was on time, communicated his arrival beforehand, and got straight to work, making us feel safe that he was wearing a mask at our discretion. He was super thorough and fixed an issue that had been left behind by a previous installer. Price was fair and we feel confident in the install and at ease with the new unit.

They are very friendly and fast to respond. The plumber they sent, Zach, was on time, efficient, and fixed the issue right away. As a bonus, he detected a gas leak from us not shutting off our stove properly, which probably saved our lives. What more could you possibly ask for from a plumber?
