When I was made aware of a black hole in the downstairs bath room ceiling, I knew I had a problem, probably from the 27 year old toilet in the upstairs bath room. Being concerned about the expensive local plumber I have used in the past I went on the web! Not being comfortable with the label ""PIPE DREAMS"" I bit the bullet as he was very local and had a high ""yelp"" rating so I gave him a call the next business day about 9 am and left a message. He called me back about 10am from out of town but requested if he could stop by about ""noon' time: and HE DID 1pm! He took one look and started taking his first of many trips to his truck and came back with a ladder and camera and found a leak at the 3 clock side of the connection. It was a very difficult repair. The steel ring holding the toilet was totally rusted out. But he had the tools in the truck . He not only had the tools in the truck he had all the parts to return the entire toilet to NEW CONDITION and rolled out at 2:45pm and I had a new toilet for HALF THE COST ANTICIPATED .
I WAS STUNED. as a register professional engineer he exceeded my highest expectations . He knew what to do, how to do it, prepared to do it, and pleasant and friendly doing it. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PIPE DREAMER

Unfortunately, the pipe to our sink bursted last week and after getting feedback from a few plumbers and differentiating the prices, Jason Bond seemed most qualified. He got back to us within a day and came over the next morning. Most of the plumbers we've went with go straight to the job, but Jason got to know us a bit and seemed very friendly. Finding plumbers that aren't trying to scam can be quite rare, but Jason exceeded our expectations and his prices were reasonable. I strongly suggest if you need anything done efficiently and quick, then Jason is the man for the job.

Dan did a fantastic job. We had a few minor projects around the house that he provided very fair quotes for and completed them very well; All while taking the time to be friendly with me and my family. Had what I thought was a plumbing emergency. Called Pipe Dreams after I had called a few others that were too busy to help me out. Dan cancelled family plans to help me out on a Friday night. He was very professional when he showed up. He didn't have the part he needed to fix my issue so he came back on Saturday his day off to complete the job. While talking with him I instantly trusted him and threw a few more jobs at him. He ended up spending his day off installing 2 toilets and a shower valve for me. Dan is awesome at his trade! Answered all my questions and gave what I feel was a great price for services rendered. Can't wait to utilize his skills again!

I called to leave a message on Sunday thinking they were closed, but he answered the phone. I told him that a pipe in our second-floor laundry room was leaking. He offered to schedule us Monday midday after he finished up another project.

He texted us when he was on his way. He arrived wearing a face mask. We appreciated that during this pandemic! He went right to work fixing the leak problem. It looks and works great! (Oh yay... back to doing the laundry.)

As long as he was here, we asked him to fix a stubborn exterior faucet. Another quick, professional job!

I highly recommend Pipe Dreams and if I need a plumber again, I'll call him!
