I have used Pipe Dreams Plumbing on two occasions. The first was to replace a kitchen faucet with new angle stops, replace a pressure reducing valve and replace a Moen positemp cartridge in my master shower. CJ was amazing! He was friendly, professional and answered any questions or concerns that I had.

On the second visit, Emmanuel did a toilet rebuild in my master bathroom and replaced the 3/4"" pressure vacuum breaker on the side of my house that was leaking. He also insulated and taped it. His work was also amazing like CJ's and he was friendly, professional and answered any questions or concerns that I had, too!

I contacted Pipe Dreams to replace a broken garbage disposal in kitchen. It was causing water to back up from dishwasher. Also i had a bathroom sink faucet to replace. I was given an appointment quickly within 2 days and Emmanuel arrived promptly within the designated time. Work was done professionally and in about an hour it was all fixed for reasonable fees. No leaks or issues and disposal works great and dishwasher no longer backing up water. Will call again with any plumbing needs - definitely recommend this business!

My water heater went out on a Monday night, so the next day I called Chance way too early the next morning. He returned my call within a few minutes and everything went perfect. Mike did a fantastic job and Chance came by with a needed part so the work went seamlessly from my point of view. Chance is my go-to plumber. He is always fair and honest. His guys are always on time and up front about cost. They are probably not the cheapest but you know they will get the work done and stand by their work. They have replaced both my water heaters and probably every faucet in my house. I messed up while trying to remove a shower head and accidentally snapped the shower arm off. This was my first time calling Pipe Dreams, but I had know of Chance (the owner) through the Jiu Jitsu community in Vegas and through a mutual friend. It was Chance who called me back, and had me sent a couple of pictures of the work I needed done. He called one of his guys and got back to me within 10 minutes and told me he could have Mike come out in an hour. Mike called to let me know he was on his way and that he had an ETA of 20 minutes. When he arrived he got straight to work. Thankfully, he was able to remove the remaining piece of the shower arm and didn't have to open up my wall. He told me that result only happens about 30% of the time. He installed the new shower head and was done within an hour. I give this business 5 stars for their prompt responsiveness, their understanding the urgency of my situation, and their willingness and ability to accommodate me on a short notice. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs. And also, I know better than to mess with a BJJ black belt... just kidding! Chance is one of the nicest, most personable guys, who happens to also be a force to be reckoned with on the mats. I'm happy for him and seeing that he was able to start his own plumbing business, and he deserves all the success.

We called Chance with an issue in our bathtub. I wasn't exactly sure if the faucet was leaking or the faucet.
chance asked me a few questions and was able to give me an idea of what it might be and a quote.
Chance arrived promptly. After fixing my bathtub faucet Chance gave us good news that we did not need anymore work done.
so it was LESS than what we originally thought it would be.
Chance is very knowledgeable and very good at his job.
He is HONEST which is awesome .
