I called yesterday to have a basement flooding and sewer backup issue looked at. At approximately 3:30pm they said they'd have a tech call me ASAP. I heard nothing back.
When I called back this morning at 10:15am, they informed me they do not do residential work at all (why is this on their site and why didnt they tell me when I was in the middle of an emergency?). She was rude and unhelpful.
Honestly extremely disappointed. A call back that they couldnt service me would be fine, notifying me when I called them initially would be even better. But due to their website being misleading and a lack of proactive response, I've gone an addition 12hrs+ with a flooding basement.
Terrible and not recommended based on customer service alone.
