His wife, Luann, runs the office and is equally personable and easy to deal with. Recently, I used another local plumbing outfit due to Marc's schedule being packed full. I hated to do it, but was on a time crunch and just couldn't wait. Huge mistake. Marc & Luann at Pipe Dream are fantastic, and will always be my go-to plumbing outfit!

I called my home warranty company as I was having some plumbing issues. They said I would be contacted by the business within 24 hours of my call. After two days I still had not received a call, so I called pipe dream plumbing, which is who my home warranty referred me to. She answered the phone with ""hello"". So I asked if I was speaking to pipe dream plumbing, she said yes with an attitude. I proceeded to make my appointment for the following Monday. Which was just about a week away, no worries as I understand that businesses are extremely backed up these days. Fast forward to yesterday, the day of my appointment. I called them to find out about what time I should expect them. She says they received an emergency call and she isn't sure when he will be out as he is at the other house. Again, no biggie. I call later in the afternoon to follow up. She says they will not make it and they might be able to come by in the morning. I said well that's pretty frustrating because I made this appointment a week ago. She said that doesn't matter. When I said that was a little bit rude, she said well then find a different plumber and then proceeded to hang up on me.

Mark is a very honest guy that will tell you whether or not you have to replace something. I have used his company for over 5 years. We have had him out for our remodels and for the smaller things that I can no longer do on my own. He redid some of our plumbing for our home that was needed.

Not a good honest company. Does good plumbing work. The receptionist did not understand when I asked if insurance would cover the cost. She said yes and still charged me the full amount even though insurance covered it. Just a mom and pop shop so no one to speak to higher up then her.
