Joseph came out and replaced PVR and left without checking pressure. I had no water pressure and called back. Another plumber Jackson came out and took the part Joseph put in so we could get credit and put in a pressure valve we paid for at Lowes and the Pipe Doctor is refusing to refund the first part that they charged and put back in their inventory. Joseph took our original copper valve that we could have sold for paying service fees. We were told it would be returned and now it is not. Melissa from billing aggressively called to collect and refuses to deduct parts we paid for off the invoice. They do not verify validity before collecting from customers. Melissa stated $65 was used in welding new copper. Per my pics you will see plastic was replaced with a part we purchased from Lowes. Plastic does not cost $65. The price of copper being stollen from my house is more than plastic.

This company is not reliable. They make appointments and do not show up. My mom is sick and we are in the process of trying to sell her home. I was referred to them by my real estate agent. I just needed a simple estimate and fix of a leaking pipe and an off job of disconnecting a washer. I've called this place around 8 times now. Some man continues to say someone will call me or he will call me back with a status. I'm having a friend of the family wait over 2.5 hours for no one to ever show or even give a call to reschedule or give an update. Very unprofessional! Also, think they're a tad racist. Just my experience.

I have used the pipe doctor many times over the years. They have always completed the jobs and been very professional. I have tried other companies for ""lower prices"" and had to come back to pipe doc because I know they will show up and finish the job to my expectations.
I'm not saying that I've not had issues with work that has been completed, but they have always come out and made it right. I really appreciate this in a trade company and I will continue to use them for this trait.

We had a leak in our waterline and the insurance people put us in touch with them and they were very helpful at first but that all changed after that.

They sent someone the day I called but was not able to solve the problem without an excavator so it had to be rescheduled for the next day but after the initial call in the morning I was not able to get in touch with the service department. I left several messages and called countless times but they did not return a single phone call. I finally got a hold of the guy 10 minutes before closing time so we had to reschedule again all while water is pouring out of the pipes.

Now I am waiting for the guy to maybe show up and he is already almost two hours late. I called them again and of course cannot get a hold of the service department but the receptionist informed me that the technician is running late with his first job. When I asked for the technician's number she told me she doesn't have it...despite they just got a hold of him moments before.

My experience so far is that they are a fishy business who won't return phone calls or keep you informed on the situation.



Update: The technician finally showed up and was very speedy and did a good job with the fix and cleaning up.
